Review 1：Swimmingpool shut down for the season. You should not close according to date - but according to weather.

Review 3：My wife and I were disappointed that the swimming pool had closed for the season. It was more than warm enough to relax at pool side and another hotel in Mondello had their pool open for their customers.

Review 4：Beautiful Mondello Beach was at our doorstep. The bus stop was in front of the hotel so getting to and from the city center of Palermo was not an inconvenience. We also enjoyed the stunning view while trekking at Capo Gallo, which was also very accessible by foot.

Review 5：This was the last hotel we stayed in on our last night in Sicily and most certainly the best one. It is fantastic value for money. We opted for the half-board option and absolutely loved both supper and breakfast - lots of options for food and all fresh and perfectly cooked, healthy and varied. The staff were extremely professional and very cheerful. On the whole 10 points out of 10. There are many good things to say, but lastly - note that it is just across the street from the sandy beach, which is perfect for spontaneous swims! We hope to have the chance to return here, it was paradise (unfortunately just for a day and a night)

Review 8：Nothing to complain about. If we had to choose something it might be the lack of an international tv channel. But in comparison to the wonderful time had, it really isn't worth complaining about all ;-)))

Review 9：Perfect location at the doorstep of the paradise beach of Mondello. Just 20 minutes from the airport & 20 minutes to central Palermo. Large family rooms & well maintained. Wifi in public areas. Plenty of good value restaurants to choose from just along the beach.

Review 10：Lack of room information, the pool needs a good clean especially on and behind the steps. The waiting staff in the dining room need to smile and interact more. The arranged shuttle to Palermo airport was a rip off at 70 Euros as Palermo to Cefalu was only 90.

Review 24：There should be a restaurant open at all times of the day and food/drinks service at the pool. It was hard to find food if it was not a particular meal time. Also a nicer dining room would be good to have. There's not much of a view from the restaurant.

Review 27：Although there was a bar inside it would be nice to have a small outlet to buy light snacks like sandwiches at lunchtime. If this facility was available it wasnt apparent. Also there was no information in the bedroom about hotel facilities. On the last day as I was checking out I saw guests go to the desk and get towels. I didnt know you could do that. We used our towels from the bathroom. There was also no price list for the mini bar. If there was i might have used it more which would be good for the hotel.

Review 28：Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Hotel very clean. The pool was beautiful and clean and not crowded. Airconditioning was good. Lots of positives and staff were friendly. Would stay there again

Review 33：Half the garden is derelict and there is no seating in the restored part, only at the small terrace with bar service. The central location can be noisy at night as Mondello is a magnet for boisterous groups. All rooms, corridors and dining room are painted pale pink, like a 1950s hospital - the decor is minimal (not minimalist, just spartan). Wifi was weak and cut out regularly. Friends were prevented from visiting me in my Junior suite for drinks as they didn't have passports to hand in at reception.

Review 34：Situated in central area near the beach the hotel has access to a private sea bathing area - though a ticket is needed at reception for each visit.

Review 35：Upon check in the staff did have information of the property or the surrounding area. The beds were hard and noisy (you can hear people in the room next to you talking) The grounds were overgrown and about 3/4 of it included a shut down miniature golf with trash piles that can be viewed throughout. The pool was drained and looked as if it had been closed for some time.

Review 82：An excellent experience, Mondello is a lovely place, the hotel itself is as it describes itself, what makes it though is the friendly and helpful staff, they ensured we were looked after and helped us arrange dinner bookings downtown, car hire and airport transfers, by far one of the better customer service experiences we've had. In addition the people of Mondello are helpful and friendly combined with excellent restaturants in the village, we enjoyed our experience very much.

Review 83：The "private" beach was not "private and had no facilities. The level of English spoken & understood by the staff was poor and in some cases completely lacking. This may account for the fact that the personnnel often seemed unhelpful, but we did not feel this was the whole reason as they appeared to be quite uninterested in their quests.

Close to the sandy beach of fine and white sand. All sicillians escape from the heat to resort Mondello. Many restaurants and bars and most of them have only fish on the menu. The beach is full of life from morning to late at night and a lot of traffic.There is plenty of parking in the hotels grounds. Not far from the city of Palermo and worth visiting attractions.
