Review 1：It's little bit far from Assisi by foot, but just like 5-10minuitesby car :)!

Review 2：Paolo was so nice ! he was so helpful and kind. Paolo took us to Assisiand brougt back to hostel. And took us to trastation in the morning aswell. Amazing host :)

Review 10：Empty and desolate upon arrival, rang the landlord that would come in 10 minutes, it took at least twice that time. The rooms were fine, but the tiny old TV up in the ceiling failed to get started. Contacted accommodation at booking regarding the breakfast, because we not only want to eat sweets. Unfortunately for us, there were dozens of sweet cakes, sweet yoghurt and sweet juice. Bread was dry and old and no eggs, what so ever. To their defense, we were offered cheese, ham and coffee. Of ten hotels/B&B in Italy, this was the only one where we did not get a receipt of payment. Barely acceptable in total.

Review 13：Very good place, I really like it. It is in a quiet town. It is very nice for sitting in the garden at night of summer. Hosts are very friendly. Big and clean room, and on the balcony we can see very beautiful views.

Review 24：The family that runs the B and B is very nice and attentive. The best part of the breakfast was not just the home-baked goodies, but the big thermos of brewed Italian coffee. I appreciated the daily housekeeping.

Moka coffee. If you have a car, it is good place for visiting Umbria. No problems with parking. Several minutes by car to most important places of Umbria.
