Review 1：No power outlet near the bed. Only two power outlets in the room, one in the bathroom and another near the main door. Not comfortable to charge my devices. The room was big and wonderful, but it was on the ground floor and not too aired. A bit stuffy.

Review 3：The location was terrible. Actually city of Acireale is not a touristicplace. Morever, Booking.com, or the Hotel administrator , must removethe picture with the view from reviews pictures ! It is totally fake....Unfortunatelly, there is no any view from this hotel. You can see onlysome buildings around and a small plazza, if you are lucky and get afront side room.

Review 4：A good hotel to stay for 1-2 days. Very polite and friendly persons atreception. They know limited English but this is normal for Sicily.Positive points was the safe parking area and the confortable room.

Review 11：The ideal location in downtown baroque Acireale with its cobbled Streets and its many Churches rubbling haughty shoulders with basic trattorias and elegant cafés; the attentive staff who gave us a packaged collazione (breakfast) for the road to the airport; the parking facility right in front of the hotel.

Review 12：The to modern unpleasant white and clinical dining area. It needed more atmosphere and charm. The dining area where breakfast and evening meal were served doesn't fit with the hotel.

Review 14：We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights .There were constant problems with internet access.The wifii signal in the hotel is very weak. In our first room located at the end of the corridor there was no Internet signal at all, what,s more the shower cabin was leaking so we had to change the room after first night. In our second room located near the stairs the wifii signal was stronger but we were also unable to log into internet in the room for most of the time so i had to use wifii in the hotel restaurant; not very comfortable as for 4 star hotel

Also, no tissues in room, but did get a small pack when I asked. Four Star Hotels usually providetissue boxes, and food at bar when restaurant is closed. My husband asked for snack with coffee. He was denied any food from the bar. I later asked for even just a bread stick since I am diabetic, and was given SWEET dry cookies. First food issue here is DENIAL.

Review 40：Very friendly and helpful staff with great Sicilian heart! I even got a perfect overview from receptionist Salvatore on what to see and what to taste in Acireale. The restaurant food and service is also perfect! In a very nice, authentic town!

Review 41：The hotel is easy to reach and is located just off the Corso Umberto on a very pleasant Piazza Garibaldi. The hotel is built in an old style with wide corridors and a sweeping marble staircase and large rooms and bathrooms that are tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The breakfast is Italian style - so it's cereals, bread, jams, sweets, hams and salamis, and plenty of good coffee. It's fine if you are Mediterranean but maybe less so for northern Europeans. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful with advice.

The wine was fantastic and thelevel of service provided during the stay was nothing short of amazing!Highly recommend this hotel. The location is only 3 blocks from the mostbeautiful piazza in town. 4 beautiful churches within walking distanceand restaurants galore. The price was also the best part. $32 euro andthat included a 10-15 euro bottle of wine and a huge free breakfast....That cannot be beat!

Review 59：When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we couldnt use the water for a shower to brush our teeth or wash our hands the only thing we could do was use the toilet and that the problem would be resolved in 2 hrs and that the problem was one effecting the town. We left the hotel and went for lunch and made enquiries no other establishment had any problems. On our return 4 hrs later the problem still wasnt sorted in fact it was sorted until the following morning.
