Review 1：Shower was above a bath and wasn't high enough to stand under - very minor point but might irritate some.

Review 2：Lovely view from the balcony of our room. Very friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to help - we even got the sauna switched on an hour early as we had left the slopes early! Good range of buffet food in the morning.

Review 5：1. It states that child 2 and under are free, but they charged us for our son. 2. The beds have metal spring inside that creak when a 12 kg son rolls on the mattress, worse with an adult. Everyone wakes us. 3, Since we didn't stay the traditional way of a whole week, we were made to feel like lower class, not given proper service. 4. This is not a four start hotel, no fridge in the room nor a coffee/tea maker in the room.

Review 7：I did't understand what is wrong with a whirlpool bath in sauna. I've never seen it in action. Charging for WiFi is a bit mean. May be it is for good and they think that holiday is better when disconnected.

Review 8：Exceptional clealiness of our room and public places. Also I wanted to notice the staff of the hotel. Though they don't smile very often (don't fake it?!), they are friendly and always ready to help.

Review 12：Room heating is only luke warm. I was warm enough (male) but my partnerwas rugged up most of the time (female). Showers are nice & hotthough, so no problem there.

Well located to skilifts. 2 mins by car to local parking area. 5 mins by local busconnection at Hotel entrance. Overall, great value for money. Politestaff. Ohh & 6 English tv channels which was really surprising forEuropean region. Definately worth the stay & great value for money.
