Review 1：You can literally talk with your room neighbors. The belt from the hotel kept ringing at night when guests entered from midnight to 4am. It sounded like the belt was in our bedroom. If you want calm and to sleep, chose another place, trust me. It kind of ruined our romantic trip to Sicile. The breakfast is so-so. The hotel itself is getting very old with no refreshment, kind of disgusting sometime.

Review 11：limitted free public parking place in front of the hotel, the surrounding parking is not free, the hotel has a private garage (5 Euro a day). We had an upgrade to superior room, which was ok but did not understand "the superiority", we also had a very bad water pressure in the shower. Room was clean but need some refreshment.

Review 13：Loved our stay here, location was brilliant. We didnt have a car so we walked everywhere within the town, only time we needed a car was to get to the beach and the hotel organised everything for us which was fantastic...a driver came to collect us and take us back at the end of the day. We had a room on the top floor so we had a lovely outside terrace/balcony which gave us the option to sit outside in the evenings before heading out for dinner etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Review 14：The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the port. The receptionists are helpful and accommodating. Continental breakfast with a good choice of items. Bedrooms are pleasant and well-decorated. On my visit my room was upgraded free of charge. Generally a very clean and comfortable hotel

Review 15：Great location; very clean and comfortable, in fact quite luxurious. The staff were really helpful, printing off Ryanair return boarding passes for us, and serving us breakfast an hour after the time allotted! The room was luxurious with quiet effective heater (good in February). It's also a beautiful town, worth a wander.

Review 16：Friday and saturday nights there is loud music on the square near the Hotel, so to avoid the Music you would have to take a room with no view. I preferred the room with a nice view of the square and the bay, and survived the loud Music for 2 nights. The rest of the week it is very quiet there.

Review 17：The hotel has a good location, in a fairly central but fairly quiet part of the town. Good parking facilities, the small fishing port with restaurants and bars is in walking distance. Near to Castellamare great beaches. It's a good basis for exploring the western part of Sicily.

Review 20：Never did get the hang of the Breakfast Coffee machine, a bit like Arkwrights till, it nearly bit me twice! I prefer someone to bring me a Coffee in the morning, before the Grey cells get going. For such a great room there was not so much storage space for folded stuff.

Review 21：Great location with sea views across the Piazza but less than 5 mins walk down to the Harbour Restaurants. Very stylish large bedroom with small balcony overlooking Piazza and Sea. Friendly and attentive staff from front of house reception through to housekeeping .

Review 22：Lovely hotel in wonderful location just on the piazza at the seafront. The bedroom was comfortable and the lobby area spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Staff were helpful in organising dinner in a local restaurant despite our late arrival from Palermo airport.

Review 23：There was a bar in front of the hotel with live music till about 3 o'clock in the morning. That day great for the view, for sleeping we should have chosen something else.

Review 25：Struggle to park the car. the staff is very leasy not helpful at all. They told us the hotel had own free parking. When we arrived it wasn't like that, we looked for parking around the area for 1 hour plus we had to argue with people on the street for any parking coming free as there wasn't many available. It was a bit frustrating and not the right start of our holiday. We were 2 couples and after we checked in, nobody took us to show the room and when one of the couple open the room was already someone else in it. So embarrassing. By the way, the room was lovely with a nice terrace but the staff is useless.

Review 27：-a lot of noise from the Piazza Petrolo,especially at night(loud music and a lot of motocyclists ,making noise as much is possible),so if you are not friendly with AC,and try to open the window at night,you won't sleep till 3a.m.)

The rooms are nicely decorated and newly painted. We were told that they paint and renovate every year. We stayed for three nights and might consider coming back.

We chose a room with terass with a wonderful view facing the sea! Maaaagical! Simple and nice breakfast. The hotel is located VERY central close to the harbour and all the restaurants (which the hotel has some discounts to, like 10% of the bill). A part of the beach is right outside the door!

Review 73：I have read all recomendations about hotel before booking and a little bit afraid to see, BUT I liked in the hotel absolutely everything: nice and comfortable place ( near really nice restaurants), personal was very friendly and helpful, excelent english, breakfast tasty and fresh (it's 3 star hotel!), everything clean and just like in picture - we had room with the terazza - we recommend to take this room. Very nice and cosy old part of the town and marina place. Yes, a little bit noisy in the evenings, but it's tolerable and we even like'd it - feeling the spirit of the town.

Review 82：Neat, quite large rooms and bathrooms. Good sound proofing. Pretty chairs, AC in good condition. At breakfast one can cook eggs to his taste. Many other options (cereal, cheese...) Very close to the central part of the town, promenade and the smaller beach. Lots of tavernas around and at the marina, below the castle.

Review 83：We had been told that there was a rstaurant available on at the hotel but it does not seem to open out of season, luckily there is plenty of choice in the town. Be arare that the hotel looks out onto a lively square which can be a bit noisy until quite late at weekends.

We had a garage for the car - really convinient for a reasonable charge. Hotell buffet breakfast is one of the best I have have seen in Italy. It had everything if you do not expect everything to be like in Sweden.
