Review 1：No A/C in breakfast room, too hot under marning sun. Limited breakfast, no fresh bread. Dangerous exit from parking lot into busy road.
Review 2：Good location close to several interesting cities: Narni, Terni, Spoleto, Todi, etc. Small bedroom/bath very clean and well equiped. Private parking, efficient wifi. Very friendly and helpful owner.

Review 4：We arrived really late and Sara welcomed us very warmly. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, even with a hair dryer and shower gel. Wifi was also very welcome! The breakfast the next morning was to die for!! All home made!
