Review 1：The noise from the restaurant (closes 11 pm) and/or guests sitting outside in the garden (no restrictions) not well resolved, woke us up almost every night. Breakfast starts rather late (8:30 am), selection quite small and repetitive, coffee was excellent though. I would also avoid the horseriding lessons which were very amateur and definitely not worth the price.
Review 2：The residence itself is full of character, well maintained and tasefully decorated. Quiet surroundings, horses peacefully grazing in pastures, olive groves, cypresses, wineyards, all the romance which belongs to Tuscany. Restaurant good with fair prices, although selection of dishes might grow slightly uninspiring after few days. Chianti from their own production was very good. Kitchen in the appartment well fitted for a simple lunch or dinner. Swimming pool looked good & clean, but we didnt try. Luca at the reception was always smiling and helpful.
Review 3：We stayed in the 'Tower' Apartment, which had good views to both front and rear. The apartment was comfortable but a little under equipped. Great pool, nicely kept. The restaurant food was excellent. Mia and Fabio run the stables and Mia's enthusiasm makes the horse riding a must. Will definitely return.
Review 4：The friendly attitude of all staff was the best ever - nothing was a problem! It was a perfect location for people who like to stay a little out of town and yet have lots of places to visit within a short drive. The horses were beautiful and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed.

Review 8：Great location with beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool area was very comfortable and well kept. The gardens were fragrant with the smell of rosemary and jasmine. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious - we felt very at home.
