Reviews for Hotel Pavillon Du Zoute
Review 1:The building has not seen renovation for a while and has a smell of dust and chlorine (from the pool) on all floors.
Review 2:Breakfast was rich and served in a pretty room with view into the garden
Review 3:Beds too small. Room also small. On the road side too loud. If window is open, You hear every car/motorboke passimg by. Impossible to sleep, no airco, too hot in the room
Review 4:Inside Pool ok. Good possibility of renting bikes net door (16€ 1day!!)
Review 5:Slightly old style.. Need some refurbishment especially for the common areas!
Review 6:Very nice location near the famous Zwin! Very convenient and free parking which is extremely valuable in Knokke.
Review 7:No choice of evening meal - 3 courses only. Fire provision at hotel very poor - didn't feel safe. No night staff seemed to be on duty. Extremely noisy from access road into hotel, corridor and other rooms - also external evening entertainment which went on until the early hours of the morning. Small room. No tea/coffee making facilities even when requested.
Review 8:Not a lot - location was good - the resort is very exclusive and worth a visit, but hotel was very disappointing. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Free car parking.

Review 10:ATMOSPHERE FAMILIALE JARDIN AGREABLE PARKING APPRECIABLE PERSONNEL EFFICACE
Review 11:Not having tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there was no bar open after 10.00 in the evening. We couldn't find any English or American TV stations.
Review 12:Quiet neighbourhood. Free private parking
Review 13:Overcrowded rooms, poor technical maintenance (safe not working and could not be repaired during our stay)(toilet seat pads all broken and not replaced)(soap dispenser above bath empty and non-functional),
Review 14:Garden, cleanliness, friendly staff
Review 15:At times the swimming pool appears to be all over the place with its solid stench of chlorine:)
Review 16:The family-run hotel is a home from home for us with the owner caring about his patrons in a warm way without inflicting himself upon his guests. The breakfast is very Belgian ie something to write home about, truly in line with the adage c'est Bon c'est Belge (even if the Flemish would prefer me to say it in their language:)
Review 17:A bit far from the beach and the actual city centre
Review 18:Friendly staff, nice rooms, free and good WiFi, sauna, free parking

Review 34:aging of the complex... and some rooms(despite refurbishing was done°
Review 35:full amenities
Review 36:The rooms need to be updated.
Review 37:The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Review 38:Reservation was supposed to have been modified 3 months prior to the arrival date but finally, the Hotel forgot to do it and finally squeezed a third bed into a small double room. Of course at the full prearranged cost. Very noisy and really squeaky floors. Very small, old and poorly maintained rooms.
Review 39:Breakfast was decent compared to the rest. Free parking although not enough space the place is fully occupied
Review 40:The interior is compleatly different than on the pictures, we ordered double bed which splits into 2 parts, because its not a double bed, there are only 2 bed next to each other. The interior very oldfashion and looks very cheap( the lamp made from metal). In the morning for breakfast is mainly bread and cakes, missing healthy food like fruit salads. In the restaurant mainly old people , we felt like kind of pension. Coffe was very bad quality. The door locker is with the old key.We ordered 2 nights, but we stayed only 1 night.
Review 41:Friendly service, nice forest view trhue the hotel window.
Review 42:the comfort of the mattresse the with of the beds are small
Review 43:the staff. the parking the breakfast the friendly of the personal the clean and modern bathroom
Review 44:The dining room is a bit tired, with carpet on the walls.
Review 45:Our family room had been refurbished the previous year, and was verycomfortable. The children had bunk beds in a smaller room attached tothe main one, which they enjoyed, and allowed the parents to stay uplater. The staff were very helpful despite my limited command of Dutch. The swimming pool had a decent size for children to play in. Goodlocation for the nice restaurants in Oosthoek.
Review 46:Recorded as a 4*, this hotel would need a serious lifting to comply with this category - bathrooms have been renovated (at least in the 2 rooms we were staying in) but the second room was not at the level of a 4* - problem with the window - with the bathroom sink - noisy -
Review 47:Breakfast was very good with a large variety of food.
Review 48:it would be nice to change the wall to wall carpets or put in another type of floor material.
Review 49:the hotel is not too big so that people who stay there are not just a number. The location is great, the breakfast was perfect
Review 50:Having to leave room by 11:00. would have preferred midday.
Review 51:Helpful staff, very pleased with layout of family room, enjoyed using swimming pool and parking facilties.
Review 52:You must keep in mind that this is not a MODERN hotel; however everything works, is clean and practical.
