Reviews for Tellene B&B
Review 1:None - just be aware that this is a wonderful place with an outstanding host that you are getting at a great price, but it's a (safe/short) bus ride and a (safe/easy) metro ride and you're right in the heart of Roma. We got the multi-day metro pass and it was really easy getting to/from the sites, and we got to sleep in a quiet residential area.
Review 2:The building is very nice, the rooms and furnishings all were very clean and tidy. Adele cooked us wonderful breakfasts, even volunteered to drive us to the Metro station (twice) and did a load of laundry for just 2 Euros
Review 3:Arriving at 9.30pm and being told to keep quiet as other travellers in other rooms were already asleep. Shower was not great and plumbing was making noises all night.
Review 4:Price was the main thing. Location was fine for us as we were wanting to stay somewhere before heading south of Rome for a few days. can't really complain at the price. I guess its kind of like air b&b
Review 5:I typed in "Rome" and this property came up. It is was about a 50 euro cab ride from Termini Station in central Rome. It is accessible by a combination of Metro and bus, but not very convenient to the city center. (Luckily, we had a ride to the Metro each day. . .)
Review 6:The proprietor, Adele, was very friendly and accommodating. She made us a nice breakfast each morning and drove us to the Metro station each day. The price was fantastic, too!
Review 7:very nice, friendly and helpful owner Mrs Adele and her husband, great and warm atmosphere, tasty breakfast, very clean and comfortable apartment, good connection by bus with underground (15-20 min) during working week and on Saturdays, nice garden in front of the building. We were very satisfied with our stay and can recommend it to everybody.
Review 8:The owner of the apartment is a very kind and helpful person. The apartment was cosy and always clean with well equipped kitchen, huge living room and peaceful neighbourhood. It's really worth to visit this place.
Review 9:Everything was great.
Review 10:Appartement is very clean and nice as well as the room. It was also cleaned every day. We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was also very good and varied (toast, marmelade, ham, cheese, eggs, fruits, yogurt..) there was nothing to complain. Mrs Adele offered us a ride to the underground in the morning, which was very nice of her. She is very friendly and helpful. Normally the bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes to the underground station. This quarter of Rome is very safe and quiet.
Review 11:The lady was so polite and helpful. She even offered a free ride to the city centre in the mornings. Apartment is located in a very silent area of Rome where there is no traffic or else. Apartment is well equipped and you can cook your own food. There is also a washing machine.
Review 12:Far away from city centre. Breakfast in a bar consist only croissant and coffee - choose hostess to cook for you.
Review 13:Very clean and cosy apartment in which was situated our bedroom.
Review 14:I suppose it must be the same all over Italy, so it's not a fault, but I found the tap for the hot taps in the bathroom had to be turned inthe opposite from normal direction (normal for me is anti clockwise toturn on). This was the only slightly disconcerting thing, so we, andthey, did well!
Review 15:It's an apartment, in an apartment block, being put to work as aB&B, and beautifully appointed it is too, wooden paneling andtastefully decorated. Adele was very friendly and helped us to find ourway there, after our having been misdirected to Via Francisco Grenet inOstia, a neighbouring suburb. The address is Eur, not Ostia. She alsoprovided exactly the breakfast we asked for!
Review 16:Lovely lovely host with good suggestions for places to eat locally
Review 17:The host is very kind and nicely.
Review 18:Everything was nice and clean, no complains about it! Even better then we've expected.
