Review 1：We stayed at the same hotel last year, and returned with high expectations this year. We were not disappointed. The hotel has a very good location and offers secure parking in a private garage. The Superior rooms are particularly nice - large and with a good view. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Review 2：In the street next to our bedroom fairly early every morning there was a lot of noise for ~15 min due to garbage collection.

Review 13：The hotel occupies a central position in Brunico with easy access to shops and restaurants. The receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient as were the breakfast staff. The room was large with a separate living area and very comfortable. Highly recommended !

Review 18：No hot water for a shower or bath after a days skiing. the reason given by the staff was that there is a high demand for hot water at the end of the ski day is unacceptable. no toiletries provided for bath users in our room. a charge for wi fi is unacceptable, most coffee bars provide free of charge. we are not likely to stay again but we will ski this area again
