Review 1：The stairs in the 2 bedroom apartment were very steep and wouldn't be suitable for young children or the elderly.
Review 2：The view was beautiful and it was only a short walk to the restaurants and harbour in Skiathos Town.
Review 3：the clean of the room should be improved and a broom and a small shovel it is necessity in the room

Review 7：We had a major problem with our bed collapsing during the middle of the first 3 nights (I hasten to add we were asleep each time, also, we are of average build!!), until my husband took temporary measures to remedy the problem after the management failed to do so, despite repeated requests. The initial response was, "but the beds are brand new", & the slats were simply replaced. We tried to explain that the bed frame was unstable, allowing the slats, which were not secured in place, to fall through. On the third day an attempt to 'glue' the slats in place (with flour & water??) was unsuccessful, at which point the joke was wearing very thin & my husband was forced into some temporary d.i.y...Naturally, we were not able to sleep well for the remainder of our 9 night stay, fearing a further collapse. To add insult to (near) injury, on our last day the slats were finally screwed into place...pity we had to be up at 4.30a.m. anyway, for our flight home...Needless to say, we are not impressed with their woeful customer service. Shouldn't have to, but maybe we were guilty of typical British reserve by not ranting & being more assertive? What I do know is that we need another holiday to get over this one. Oh, and there is a 500m plus extremely steep climb uphill to this place. I think most people would opt to take a taxi back.
Review 8：Lovely views.The barman, George, is an asset to the hotel. He was, without fail, pleasant and welcoming - even if we were just passing to and from our room.
Review 9：The service, the manager of the hotel was really welcoming and always ready to help. The views from the studios are nice, as well as the view from the pool.
Review 10：If you are spoiled and looking for high-end accommodation, you are looking at the wrong place here. This well-maintained hotel will provide you with all the basic necessities at a reasonable price. Nothing less, nothing more. Rooms are small, but they come with a great seaview and excellent service. In the upper building there is a pool surrounded by chairs and tables, as well as a small bar/dinning area. You only get Wi-Fi there, but after all you don't want to stare at your phone, tablet or PC when on a Greek island, right? The Poseidon Villas are a bit away from Skiathos town center. It takes a bit of uphill walking to reach them, around 10 minutes or so. You have the option to book a room large enough for two or a studio for three or four guests. We also had a baby crisp requested which they provided to us. There is a parking area right next to the place which comes very handy, have you decided to take your vehicle on the ferry. The surrounding are is extremely quiet - just a bunch of tidy-looking houses. Rooms are clean and have nice balconies equipped with table and chairs. It is nice to sit and relax there after a day of shopping or sunbathing. Just bare in mind that it takes a little time for the hot water to reach you tap or shower. It is there though :) The place provides all the basics. It is the perfect pick for someone who does not crave luxury and tends to spend their money on something more exciting than a hotel room. I promise you will enjoy your stay, unless you are one of those picky people who like to complain about everything.

Review 12：Wonderful view from balcony, gorgeous pool area and friendly staff. Clean, spacious accommodation. Well located, 5 minutes downhill to Skaithos Town's main street ... maybe a few minutes more back up the hill!
Review 13：Wasn't giving a feeling of cleanliness, e.g. we found some hair on the new bedsheets and the mirror in the bathroom was a shame (rusty etc). Towels need to be changed. The balcony door had a mosquito grid, but it was broken and as a result we could not leave the door open during the night. The parking, even though very convenient, it was on dirt, i.e. no asphalt, cement etc.
Review 14：Relatively close to the center. There is indeed an uphill when returning from the city, but it was not an issue for us. Available parking.
Review 15：We have recently visited Skiathos and enjoyed everything about it. The apartment was basic but clean and had amazing views of the ocean. The pool area was also clean and had a great bar where food and drinks were available. The staff were really helpful, Elena advised places to eat and sights to see with detail. Review 25：The island is beautiful but the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill so with out getting a taxi every trip back up to the hotel it is very hard work we have a 13month old and to push the pram up the hill was hard work but there are plenty of taxi charging around 5 euros to take you back.
