Review 1：The hotel and its surroundings were beautiful. The superior double room was amazing with a lovely bathroom. Staff were really attentive and friendly. The location is very good too, only a short walk from the station to Certaldo and Certaldo Alto, both stunning. I would definitely come again during the summer season to have full use of the garden area and pool!

Review 5：Nothing special, except the room was a bit smaller than what I expected and it seems the A/C was broken. We had a car and drove around but a bit disappointed that we didn't get a view of typical Tuscany landscape from the hotel.

Review 6：Staff was really friendly and helpful with the various requests we had. We staid 3 nights and overall all went well. I was also able to jog in the hotel vicinity which was nice as well as using their small gym facility. Complementary bfast was generous.

The hotel was a 5-7 minute walk from the railway station from where we caught trains to Siena and Florence during our stay. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Review 14：Position of the hotel is good. Very close to the train station in a quiet place. It takes 5-10 mins walking to get to the furnicular in the center of Certaldo. Extremely friendly staffing. Appreciated the breakfast options and the services, no to mention the fact that it gets servers in the garden. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds, very clean and spacious, with a great design. The gardens are very nice and invite you to relax. Did not get to try the pool but was pleasantly surprised by the fact they have one. Definitely a place where I would stay again for sure when I visit.

Review 21：breakfast waiting staff had members that were a bit " glum", & slow to replenish the buffet. Gardeners blew grit & organic materials all over my new car. It was stubborn to shift. Receptionist gave consent to clean off using their hosepipe. Unfortunately she didn't have the authority to consent the latter, and the Manageress reprimanded me. I found the experience very embarrassing, especially as the source of the problem and the solution, originated by the hotel. I would still stay here again.

Review 23：Staff were welcoming and very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit. Special mention of Claudia who was particularly friendly and helpful. The gardens down to the river were lovely to stroll and relax in after a day of sightseeing. Our window was above the rushing river and we found it soothing to listen to at night. A large bathroom, bed and room with plenty of wardrobe and desk space. It was good to spread out.

Review 24：The hotel was located within easy reach if the station town and old town. Certaldo old town is stunning with wonderful restaurants with amazing views. The hotel is lovely with staff who are so kind and friendly. They booked everything we asked for and were wonderful. Hope to return soon!

The room was the same like the web, confortable, big bed, TV with international channels,Air Conditioning, everything ok. Certaldo is a good city in the center of Toscana and we recommend to have a dinner in Certaldo Alto. We recommend this Hotel and if we come back we'll repeat. Thank's for everything

Review 29：the quality of the service was poor: room was not cleaned properly every day, we had to ask for shower gel, toilet paper etc after they cleaned the room.Orange juice was off one day. Made the waitress aware, she ignored it. Breakfast was made of leftovers from previous day, scramble eggs were mixed with leftover boiled eggs from previous day. holes in the blackout curtains and windows were dirty.

Review 31：Pool photo is very misleading. The size of the pool is like a big jacuzzi. They cannot give you wifi password on phone, you have to go down and get the paper. We booked 4 months in advance but walk in price was better and they did not update our price.

The rooms are alright, the design of the reception area and the restaurant is nice; the furniture and all the decor is brand-new at the moment.

The bedrooms were beautifully decorated in tradtitional style and the lounges and dining rooms were modern in a rustic way and equally beautiful. All rooms were air conditioned and spacious with high ceilings and were very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. ieties to choose from. Lovely outdoor comfortable and stylish seating areas. Would definitely stay again.

Review 85：Nice rooms in Tuscany style. Friendly staff, good parking facility. Good location to visit Sienna, Florance, San Gimignano. A visit to the oldtown is a must. Especially if you are looking for a restaurant in the evening.

Review 86：This is surely an amazing hotel with the most amazing staff. The rooms are beautiful, modern and very clean. The fabrics in the room are very luxurious. The breakfast was very good. The hotel has a river passing by it and the gardens are so large that you think you are in the countryside. The gardens are so clean and well kept and so relaxing. Service was the BEST ever. The staff always acknowledge clients with a smile and very friendly with a particular mention to Claudia and Sanda. We rented a car from Pisa Airport and this hotel was central for us as we visited all the most popular villages. The hotel is 1 hour and a half drive away by car far from Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Pisa etc. This is the hotel we will stay in when back in Tuscany as it is an example to all the other hotels. Review 88：The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The hotel was comfortable and modern but still kept some of the character of the original building. The gardens were very lovely, I particularly enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the gardens after a few busy days in Florence.

Review 92：Wonderful hospitality,-arrived exhausted after a hard cycle ride from Lucca, and greeted with warmth and cheerful smiles. no restaurant facilities, so reception arranged for a meal to be served in the bar,-delicious! Also very welcome indeed, was the complementary drink of prosecco, coffee, wine or tea on arrival. These people really know how to look after their guests!

Review 95：Too many services cost extra. There were two extra charges that annoyed us: towels for the swimming pool and internet both in the rooms and in the public areas. Following this stay we decided never to go to a hotel again while in holiday but take agriturismo.All of the services listed as extra in the hotel are included in the price.

Review 106：We had not been to the town of Certaldo before and for some reasonimagined we were going to a mountain village so were a littledisappointed on our arrival to find ourselves in a large quiteindustrial town. The hotel however was excellent and access to thehilltop village of Certaldo Alto was easy. The staff were friendly andhelpful. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed and the buffettbreeakfast was better than adequate. The grounds which have yet tomature were expansive but very open to close by traffic.Agreat hotelbase from which to see the area but not to stay about all day. The poolis small but we used it a couple of times. Conclusion; an excellenthotel with great staff and central location to see Tuscany.
