Review 1：Bad wifi: it's not possible to log in. (And after telling this problem to the reception the answer was: well there's obviously a technical problem but it's difficult to solve; for me it just showed that they excuse for that problem but not seriously willing to fix it, and they didn't. It's also not changing when u are On different floors , it's just not able to connect / log in. Room is quite noisy cause of the Windows. Just thin bed sheets existing, I guess typically Italian, so the first night was a bit cold. Parking is quite difficult cause of the different color zones in Carrara ....(white is free but rarely existing and for the blue zone u pay during the day about 1 € per 45 minutes. Fruits at breakfast sometimes too old. Basic breakfast...

Review 5：Breakfast a little sparse. We went upstairs to the roof terrace - what a shock. Two of the doors had fallen out and smashed. Another looked as though it was about to go!! Shouldn't have been able to get up there it was so dangerous

Review 7：We arrive Carrara quite late at night and couldn't find a taxi from train station to the hotel and we don't speak Italian. The reception stuff was so helpful and get us a taxi in the end. They also arranged our trip next day to the marble quarry. Thank you very much!
Review 8：Only one thing: an almost completely dysfunctional WiFi system. To be accurate, Skype worked often, but server access to the Web was blocked. However, the management did generously offer their own computers with internet access for occasional use. On the other hand, this lack got us out of the hotel mornings to a favorite cafe where WiFi was excellent.

Review 14：The shower was completely unacceptable, you could not rinse the shampoo due to low pressure. Breakfast far from 4star standard, no bar and no toilet in the reception area, no paring or spot for unloading luggage. When moved to room with functioning shower, we were charged 11 euros extra per room per night!

Review 34：Insufficent travel information. Hotel need to provide at reception at the time of checking in, details of buses, trains and taxis. This hotel is a long way from the train station so you also need to know what to do once you arrive at the station. It was impossible to find out from the station as English is very limited there.
Review 35：Modern, clean, quiet and comfortable, great breakfast on rooftop garden bar. Great place to stay away from the hussle and bustle of the Cinque Terra. It was good at night to return to a quiet relaxing spot in the heart of the old town Carrara, which incidentally is worth a visit.
Review 36：The hotel does not mention there are no parking facilities, I arrivedlate at night with no parking and when I did eventually find parking inthe town I received a 41 Euro fine the next morning.
