Review 1：Bugs, take insect sprays.
Review 2：Staff very welcoming, very close to beach. Accommodation is very basic but reasonable for the cost. No hot water which wasn't a problem as it was so warm anyway. The cottages are comfortably cool at night, without the need to use the fan. If this is your first time in Goa you may be shocked. I would return.
Review 3：We knew the rooms would be quite basic because the price is so reasonable so we were prepared. The next time we go, we'd probably take a mosquito repellent and battery pack to charge our phones because there was a little voltage fluctuation and I didn't want to risk charging them. The bathroom is clean, which was important to us. You need to tell the staff to pump water so that there's enough. But I don't know of other places in the area, so close to the beach that give you this kind of bang for the buck.
Review 4：We wanted a reasonably priced place, close to the beach, not far from shops, restaurants and places to hire cycles etc. This place nailed the brief! Nick is an excellent host, the staff are courteous and friendly and the beach is a few steps away. There's a great restaurant called Hawaii—just after Hawaii Garden—where we spent most of our time. It's a great spot on the beach, so we got everything we wanted from our stay here.

Review 8：Nick (the manager) is a great guy!! He really makes you stay relaxing, fun and comfortable!!!and Lloyd (the owner) is really helpful with ordering pick up/drop offs to the airport/station and let us keep our room until we left for our train at 9pm!! The rooms are quirky and comfortable with every you need - including a fridge!! If all this isnt enough to make this place great you are seconds from Benaulim beach - which we found to be much quieter, cleaner and more relaxed than other beaches in the area. ATMs, supermarkets and restaurants are all a short walk away along the beach. We had a perfect stay!
Review 9：Natural living, everything is simple ;) If you want luxury apartments - find other place. But for me it's best place in Goa. (I was in several places, both south and north Goa)
Review 10：From first to last nothing was too much trouble for the staff to ensure that we had a relaxing stay. They truly are bamboo cottages and they are the closest accommodation to the beautiful beach by far.
Review 11：Since this place lies in South Goa and places in North Goa like Calangute, Baga etc. are far. Having own vehicle or renting a car can be an option. But South Goa is a very peaceful place to be.
Review 12：Initially, the set up of cottages worried me that we may have mosquitoes or insects but the staff was courteous to provide a mat and also sprayed a liquid outside the cottages that ensured no insects or mosquitoes are found. Though the room had no AC, we felt it very cool as it is very close to the beach. Food was just amazing and excellent - sea food and non-veg was beyond description in taste. Special thanks to Nick and Lloyd for making my stay memorable.

Review 15：There's no hot water available in the bathroom. So during the winters its tuff to have a bath with cold water. Another thing is that around 4am, crows on the tree starting making a lot of noise which is very irritating and spoiled my sleep everyday.
Review 16：The cottage we stayed was reasonable with an attached toilet n bathroom. It was a complete value for money deal. Staff was wonderful n humble especially Nick the manager who was very friendly and took great care of us. Overall a great place to stay with friends

Review 18：The staff first and best of all.....so caring and helpful...Nick - talented singer and musician - made my stay perfect making sure I had everything I required. Lloyd the owner is such a friendly and entertaining person too and the cleaning, waiting and cooking staff like family! The huts are lovely self-contained rooms - great showers and very clean. Walk two minutes and you're on the beach - mile upon mile of fabulous sand and good cafes.
Review 19：Just stayed here for one day in mid-Nov 2014. Nick was a really fun host, and my friend and I became fans of his in no time! The cottages are right next to Benaulim beach, serene, pretty and good value for money. Worth a visit, or two!

More careful in our safety and our savings, the are really helpful to us for the site seeing of go . They are arranged our convince.the food of this resort was excellent taste. I never eat like this type of food in kerala also.
Review 22：I was their second customer. So, they were very excited to host me. A Caribbean guy, Nick, came with full energy to welcome me. A very warm welcome at the entry, was superb! The cottage was awesome. Extremely comfortable, and great place to stay. The location is unique. On Benalium, with very less crowd even during peak season. You can relax and enjoy your holidays to the fullest. They even serve good food, and with open heart. Service was awesome, and people were fabulous. The best part of the cottage was their hospitality and Nick :) one word description - UNIQUE !
