Review 1：The wifi didn't reach our chamber, so we had to sit in the lobby.

Review 2：The food was good, the people were friendly and even though we had a really short stay, we had time to visit the charming village. Great location.

Review 3：No kettle or cups in the room. The local church is very close and chimes the quarters of each hour, very loudly with a sad bell. It then calls to prayer at 7am persistently. It did not stop me sleeping and the room is double glazed so if you don't mind no fresh air you could block it effectively.

Review 4：It is a lovely place in the old town. Great to explore from.the hotel is interesting. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were welcoming but spoke no English so we mimed.

Review 13：The personnel had poor English skills, we specifically asked for a double room and got a twin room. Although we booked the room in the first week of March and the radiator was turned on, it was cold at night. The TV they had in the room was ridiculously small and it was practically impossible to watch it while sitting in bed.

Review 17：Relaxed, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Probably the best restaurant and pizzeria in whole region, because pizza's are made in traditional 'owen" burned by wood and by a one of the hotel family members so the real secrets are kept how to make it properly while taste is amazingly fresh and wide. Situated in the center so nice views and not boring even if staying for longer time-shopping, museums, walking, biking, skiing- everything can be combined and this hotel can be relied on even for the most demanded traveller. Skiing fans are taken with hotel minivan to skiing resort by 5mins reach, or other transportation is very close and convenient to use for other travel needs. Sauna is there with swimming pool to use if bad weather or relax needed. I recommend it for shure!

Review 18：Comfort could easily be improved updating bed and mattress. As they are today, they are not acceptable even for a basic accomodation.

Review 22：It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this easy going friendly hotel. The room was very spacious and the bathroom with full bath was too. We were there for Easter, and the position right on the main square gave a lovely insight to the easter traditions and celebrations in the town, as well as easy access to the main shopping and cafe area. The ski bus arrangement was also very good.

Review 23：The password to the wifi in public areas really could be a little lesscomplicated (a word or few words, not a computer-generated line ofletters and numbers making no sense)In the sauna there are no towels, nor there is information about it in the rooms to take the towels with you from the room - we had to walk twice. Not all cold showers worked. Except of that - all was perfect.
