Review 1：The setting was perfect. We were going to go to stop in Voltera but it was packed with tourists. Massa Marittima was equally beautiful without the crowds. The B&B was very nice and we were treated especially well. We really enjoyed the cook! She was so sweet and hospitable.
Review 2：We thought check-out was at 10:30, and wanted to go for a dip in the pool after breakfast, but they told us to empty our room for 10 am... I thought they could have been a bit more lenient. The furniture (couches) could use an update.

Review 4：Cuisine. I was here two years ago and it was fantastic. But in present time quality has gone down. Sleep here but do not eat here.

Review 7：Very nice and friendly staff, great spacious room ( I think we got a free upgrade), nice views, well kept greenery ... place just gives an impression of a efficiently run establishment. Good location close to Massa Maritima (the shortest route is pretty crazy narrow and windy but you can take an alternative adding maybe couple of minutes tops)
Review 8：there are many mosquitoes around. i think it should have been mentioned to bring an anti-mosquito equipment or otherwise for the hotel to install an anti-mosquito device and of course mosquito nets in all of the rooms.. the cleaning of the room in not good . to my opinion the cleaning lady does not like her job, and she is happy to skip it whenever possible (on one of the days the cleaning lady skipped the cleaning of our room because we where in it. even if she does not know how to communicate with us i would have expected her to speak with the manager and arrange at least toilet paper and towels. on the same day we requested another blanket because of the cold and it was not delivered, i guess because the cleaning lady did not go inside our room). the pool should have recycling system- i think this is why there are so many mosquitoes.
Review 9：it is a beautiful place. the breakfast was good. when we came in we had many insects in the room due to a hot day followed by rain. we spoke with the manager and they installed a mosquito net for us in the room. that was extraordinary! great service for this one.
Review 10：This is a fabulous property with a lovely swimming pool. The rooms are great and views stunning. The staff are excellent and always around to help.

Review 18：Nice location and easy access to the beach and old village. Good food and a great nice big garden with a lot of grass. In the evening you can eat inside the restaurant or in the garden. We did travel with a child of 2 years and the pool is an easy access, no fence, so you have to watch. Not a problem for us as we did travel arround in the area during the day. Staff are great but the place is run like a hotel and not by a family which would make it more personal and nice. It is a place we would return and we really did liked it.
Review 19：Agriturismo La Colombaia is really beautiful facility, surrounded by large sunny garden and vineyards. Rooms offer nice view of Massa Marittima on one side and of the garden with a swimming pool on the other. The lady who is apparently in charge of managing the facility was really nice and helpful and so was the staff of the BB. It's worth dining there, the italian four-course dish offers the best of Tuscany cuisine. There was a little problem with wi-fi connection, it is possible to be connected only in the lobby of the house. But this is just a trifle, otherwise was everything alright.

Review 21：The Agriturismo is really beautiful. Food is great. There is an amazing view on the countryside and on the close town, Massa Marittima. The Location is great, just 1/1.5 hours from Siena and Pisa and 20 minutes from Follonica if you like the sea.

Review 23：Loved the location. Close to massa marittima and also the ocean. Beautiful accommodations. Wonderful setting. Great on site restaurant. We were doing a self supported cycle tour and the riding in this area was magnificent.
