Review 2：staff are really nice. I wanted to taste Indian coconut, the restaurant supervisor took one from the tree, sliced it and sent it to my room. The beach beside the hotel is also clean and nice. Altogether I enjoyed it

Review 3：There aren't many drawbacks to the hotel. Only things is that there is only one hotel shuttle. And only one guest and or party can book it for a tour. You guys need more cars to accommodate more guests on tours. We had to waste a day because of that. Also hotel shuttles should be free for pick up and drop off from/to airport and railway station. Beach view rooms woulda been nice if you had it.

Review 4：We liked everything. The food was good. The staff members were excellent. Even the chef hungout with guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner and answered any questions. The hotel overall cares about the service it provides.

Review 12：After travelling around India, it was good to end our trip at the Fern Beira Mar Resort in South Goa. These well kept, well equipped individual cottages are just a few steps away from the beach. The grounds are immaculate, lush and a beautiful oasis. It's a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Don't bother to eat anywhere else - the food at the resort's restaurant is the tastiest in South Goa. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The manager, Dominick, is the best!

Review 14：Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach & and about 10 to the local village. Comfortable 'cabin' accomodation, although ours was already showing a few small signs of wear'n'tear. Staff were always courteous and willing, even if not always fulfilling simple requests. A good B'n'B option with plenty of local amenities.

Booking.com misguided regarding the taxes and children charges... however am still unsure whether it was completely problem with booking.com or with the interface with the resort. The swimming pool was spotless although we never used it as the beach was two minutes walk and beautiful. Lots of lovely beach shacks nearby with great food, drink and service. Beach was spotless and beautiful long, sandy beach and very few people. The grounds of the resort were just beautiful - very green and tropical, lots of gorgeous flowers and hedges and lots of birds and butterflies. Would definitely stay here again. Can't say a lot about the food as we only had breakfast there - which was okay

They are also very laid back and slow. 2) The location of the property is far from every place you want to go in Goa. 3) It is not on the beach. It is a 5 minutes walk from the beach so can't be called a beach hut resort. I've stayed in beach hut resorts where beach is right outside the hut. 4) No help or assistance from staff for anything you need.

Review 37：We reached with our 9 month old baby. It was raining so we couldn't travel much. The property is right at the beach and that helped. There's excellent stuff for the North indian taste palate. The stuff is extremely helpful. They have is customized makes for our baby. Over all a brilliant experience.

Review 52：The airport pick up arranged by the resort for a costly (Rs1500) never arrived ...we waited for nearly an hour and got really frustrated and finally took a local taxi to the resort who actually charged half the price (RS 800 ) .

The resort is very well maintained. Food in the Resturant at hotel is very good , prices reasonable and tastes better than the shacks. WiFi worked and we had no problems at all.

Review 54：Breakfast - Disappointed with the quality of food, table and tableware needed cleaning! Waiters didn't always understand what was asked of them - one morning I had asked for tea and was given coffee? We ate at the local beach shacks most mornings.

Review 62：Food was terrible. It was Christmas eve and I invited my in laws who also were staying at some different property that time in Goa. There was no salt in rice, had to search for prawns in them . Food bill might vary from the menu card rates. Initially I got hot milk pot for 40 and then on the last day there was a price hike of Rs 67. lol !!!

Review 65：Brilliant wooden hut on the beach. % stars, has cable tv, a/c, fridge and anything you would need. It is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex also has a restaurant, swimming pool, volleyball court and hamaks all around for you to relax. The staff is excellent also. Perfect for a relaxed holiday. Just a 5-10 minute walk from a village where you have all the shops you need and can book tours around GOA.

Review 69：I liked a lot the complimentary toilet products, which were all Ayurveda products of a known brand. Also, I loved the crocodile that the room keeper did one morning on our bed! I also liked the massage center which is just 100m from the hotel and offer all kinds of relaxing treatments. On the beach there are several bars/restaurants with sun chairs and umbrellas, complimentary with any kind of order, great!

We also had a very clean and tidy room everyday and the huts themselves are so good. We stayed in the most basic hut and all the facilities were there. Shower is amazing!! Had we checked the prevalent rates, we would have cancelled our old booking and would have got a new booking at lower prices. The contact no.s of the hotel given in the booking.com doesn't work. We had a hard time getting contact no. of the hotel. Though we have written to booking.com as well but finally we got the info from the head office of the hotel in Mumbai.

The Buffet for breakfast had a great variety & good quality. The beach is very close to the Hotel. We would surely recommend this resort to our family & friends.
