Review 1：Our stay was the highlight of this small trip. It was comforting and pocket friendly.Perfectly located and very well kept. The staff and the owner were friendly and extremely cooperative. If you wish to enjoy South Goa then start it from here.

Its a very nice walk to benaulim beach, about 20 minutes walking at normal pace. Next to the hotel there a very nice restaurant bar, excellent food and live music, bands, kareoke etc. Nice people around the area and the hotel is well located for super market and main road and other attractions. Review 5：No room service, air conditioner was not working, there was electric shock while bathing. The same complain from other guest as well. But management not ready to accept. Overall a very poor experience.
