Review 1：Just don't stay here it's in need of loads of money spent on it. Balcony was dirty and fulling apart not like the photos show. Wi fi complete waste of time. Room basic at best!

Review 3：Since we booked 4 hours prior arrival through booking.com the reservation did not make it to the administrator on time. I tried to call the given number to confirm a late arrival but nobody ever answered the phone. When we got there after 10pm on Saturday, the people taking care of the house, didn't know about our arrival, nor did they know whether or not there was a room available for us. We were lucky we got exactly the type of room we requested and that the room was left clean! For last minute bookings specially there should be a telephone number indicated that is attended at any time. Also the location initially confused us, since it is at the end of the industrial area. One of the roads we couldn't even drive with one of the cars we had, because it was a dirt road, the other road was much better but driving through the industrial area was a bit scary on a Saturday after 10pm. Wi-Fi did not work in the apartment, but it worked very well in the reception and breakfast area.
Review 4：The apartment we got was very clean, spacious and it was very well equipped: the kitchen had dish soap and the basic things you need for preparing a small meal, next to the masters bed there was a baby cod and an extra small bed in the upper space, the bed sofa downstairs was large and the terrace was huge. We liked the philosophy of the place that allows people with disabilities to work in a Eco-friendly environment. Overall a very short but a pleasant stay! The people that were sitting outside when we got there, that most likely work in the Cascina, were very helpful and tried to find someone to be able to help us immediately! That was very nice!
