Review 1：Breakfast was overpriced. It should have been made clear that the pool was closed as this was my main criteria for picking this hotel

Review 3：The provincial road between the hotel and the lake is very busy.

Review 4：Excellent service by the lady who received us after a late arrival on our bikes: drinks, transport and boarding cards were arranged in no time. The Italian restaurant was excellent: great food amidst Italian people. Nice terras and views on the lake.

Review 5：The hotel is close to the lake which is nice but also for this reason it was a bit loud (the noise from the street which goes around the lake is pretty loud at night)

Review 7：If you want to go to the lake you sure want to go by car. Because the road to the hotel is pretty steep. But we knew this before hand, so it was not really an issue for us.

Review 10：The hotel is located in the hills above lake and has magnificent views. The room and bathroom are large and comfortable, it has a large terrace. The air conditioning system is very effective. There is free parking.

Review 14：My sisters and I brought our mum here for a long weekend to celebrate her 60th birthday. Hotel is beautiful, clean, has gorgeous views of the lake but the best part for us was the hospitality of a lovely family running the hotel. They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and giving us advice on the local area. Lake Iseo is also fairly central to anywhere you might like to visit, with Verona, Milan and Lake Garda, give or take an hours drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit it again should we have the opportunity. A real gem!

Review 15：Magnificent view and very friendly people. Why should I give further a good report if I certainly ''ll go back here. I'm afraid everyone will book here and I won't be able to get a room for the next two years ;). It was fantastic!

Review 16：The wifi doesn't work in the room but they advertise that it does. It never did work. The breakfast costs extra and we looked at it but it was mostly crackers and cookies and a lot of carbs so we didn't buy it.

Review 22：Overpriced for the facilities available. Obviously paying mostly for theview. Breakfast was 8 euro per head extra so costed us an extra 40 eurofor the family per night- we didnt notice this in the original booking.If the facilities matched the view the place would be stunning! Finally,there's a big horrible deserted disused concrete hotel next door - atotal blot on the landscape.

Review 23：Service was friendly. We liked the location above Lago d'Iseo, areally beautiful view (make sure you get a lake view room though). Thepool is tiny but its just a short walk to the lake, and nearby there isa restaurant/club called Origami with a beautiful lakeside pool,which is a nice place to sunbathe & swim (both lake and poolavailable here) - they charge €10 per adult for this though.

Review 24：My friends and I had a good experience with this hotel resort. The location is very nice. The roads up to the resort are quite narrow but we still managed to get up there by car. Excellent is their approach to their customers. They are kind and very helpful even on the phone. We also managed to use the swimming pool even when it was raining. It was a good and very enjoyable experience!
