Review 1：Simple but clean rooms, helpful staff, free parking right near the hotel (if you are lucky enough to get a free slot). Neighborhood (bat yam) is trashy comparing to Tel Aviv, but it's quiet and the beach is good. Breakfast was simple but good. Wifi was ok. Overall good value for money.

Review 2：The parking gate was locked in the morning and we couldn't get our car out as the remote control wasn't found, we had to take a taxi to our destenation and come back in the afternoon

Review 4：Ted at the front desk was very helpful. Makes a great Turkish/Israeli coffee. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Room is serviced daily. Had a 2nd floor, sea view. Higher up may have been better. Breakfast was sufficient really liked the coffee ... oh mentioned that already ;)

Review 8：Easy check in, the room was clean and simple. Literally right by the beach. Perfect for a short stay and to commute into Bat Yam or Tel Aviv. Breakfast gets brought to your room too!

Review 14：I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was great, the management is really good too. My every little request was taken seriously and was solved right away. Breakfast was delicious. Really good way to start a day. Review 15：The smell of cigarette in the hallways and room. Shampoo dispenser was not easy to use .

Hotel being not in main city locations of Tel Aviv, rates are on higher side for small room compare to facilities or rooms in other Hotels. Break fast to be included in room tarriff. 3. Not much English programs on TV and quality of reception is also not good.
