Review 1：We greatly appreciated the friendliness and generosity of the hotel manager Sharon, his highly professional and helpful staff: Haim and Igor. They added so much to our vacation. Sharon prepared a delicious breakfast and tried to make it different every day. He served us eggs, tuna, eggplant salad, carrot, beet and potato salads, dolmades, olives, etc. for breakfast. Also a large jug of really delicious mango or grapefruit juice. And the black coffee and cappuccino he prepared were better than what was served in the best restaurants. The rooms were always clean, and the staff always seemed happy to help us with directions, interesting places to visit and cabs when needed. We want to than everyone at Hotel Bat Yam for being such wonderful hosts. Nina and Ilya Genn from Chicago.
Review 2：I paid $140/night , so it would have been better to have some sorts of refreshment in room along with drinking water. Though once I asked for it I got it. Thanks.

Review 4：The Hotel is 1/2 block off the beach. We had a Sea View room with the windows open at night hearing the sea crashing at the beach all night. It is a older Hotel with some needed repairs, but clean, no bugs. Planking was tight on the street, but with the room free parking in the back of the Hotel. Close to many resteruants and bars down the strip and some on the beach. We stayed for two weeks and had a great time and will stay again in this Hotel.
Review 5：Overall cleanliness of the bathroom especially and the room (scratches on the walls, holes in the ceiling, terribly dirty window) below standard. Too high price for offered standard of the room/night.

Review 7：Unlike any other hotels it allows young crowd parties at its suites all night. It makes practically impossible to sleep. Hotel administration does not stop it at all. I asked to do something about it at 3am and nothing was done...party finished at 6am. I could hear screams of 5-10 people in one suite for hours. It is a nightmare and I would not recommend hotel for that reason alone to anyone. I travel often and have never seen such a terrible client service anywhere in the world.

Review 9：The first night I had trouble sleeping because of the street noise - Bat Yam is a very active place. My room was changed immediately, and I had no problems after that.

Review 15：The toilet was dirty on arrival and the Jacuzzi didn't work properly. The shower holder wouldn't hold which made it difficult to have a shower. There was also no WiFi in the room, when we asked about this we were told they couldn't do anything and we should use it downstairs. The breakfast was ok but very basic.

Just few packets of samples of liquid soap. No hair dryer. Bring your own supplies. - The building and the rooms need TLC. - If you can afford paying some more, choose Leonardo Bat Yam
Review 38：- Person who serves breakfast is very nice and attentive. We were leaving early in the morning, and he made breakfast for us at 6 am, whereas usually it is served from 8 to 10 am. - Breakfast is plentiful - People are friendly - If your room is facing the ocean, the view is nice
Review 39：Rooms were dilapidated, reeked of chemical cleaning agents that made me physically ill. Staff offered to send me a woman to my room that night, I think it might actually have been because it was her room, one usually rented to her guests hourly. Not suites, no coffee shop or restaurant, not as advertised at all. We left immediately but were still charged for all three rooms for two nights.

Review 41：The staff is very friendly! I had a big problem at arrival time and they solved it out. The rooms is great and bathroom is big, it is placed in front of the seaside which is fantastic. Really recomended.
Review 42：The staff was unfriendly after we advised we would not be paying $100 in cash for the room, and insisted on paying with a credit card. The room was filthy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had exposed electrical wiring.

Review 50：Location was fantastic, right across the road from the beach. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcome. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and had extra little touches which make you feel special as a guest... fresh towels daily, slippers for the room and handy fridge to leave water in to cool. Breakfast was a great start to the day.
Review 51：The fact that the website uses the photos of the Leonardo Suite hotels Bat Yam and you are given the impression that this is the hotel you are booking. The Leonardo informed me that many people came to them under this impression when in reality they were in this far less superior hotel.This is misrepresentation !!!
