Review 1：Comfort room not very comfortable: small shower cabin, no bath althoughasked for twice (which could not have such a problem with continuouslyguests coming and leaving...). Room view: another hotel room windowopposite (10m distance), so no garden sight at all as promised. I'mstarting to think that reservations with booking.com do not get the bestrooms in their category!

Review 8：Our room was so dark. I mean really, really dark. There were no overhead lights, just a light over the door and one in the curtains. Plus there were two "reading" lights that were put in the exact place you would sit in bed to read. Therefore they are useless since my big head covered the light. They were also blazing hot and when I went to adjust the light I burned my fingers. Beware! The shower was only about 4 feet tall which was hilarious to watch my husband come out swearing every day and we started taking our showers in the pool area instead since it was so uncomfortable. All in all, it was a nice place, but I feel it was overpriced.

Review 9：I have to say I was a bit unsure about this hotel. I booked a room in the old section and got an email that was very discouraging about the old section. But, our room was lovely. We had a gorgeous view, a little balcony, and the room was a decent size. The hotel as a whole was very nice. The breakfasts were great with made-to-order eggs and the spa was fantastic with 2 saunas, a steamroom, and a pool. Unfortunately only open from 4-7 pm, but it was still very nice. The underground parking, shuttle bus, and ski room was wonderful. There were lovely little sitting areas all over the hotel, but none of them had outlets so I could work nor were any of the fires actually burning. Only raw logs in fireplaces. Not quite what I was hoping for.

Review 10：It was very cold in our room in the old wing. However other guests staying in the same wing had to open windows because their rooms were too warm.

Review 11：Rooms in the new wings are very nice and comfortable. Great dinners! Nice SPA with big pool. Plenty of free parking spaces incliding underground parking. Very good ski-room. Our boots very dry and warm every morning. Free shuttle to the ski-lift and back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
