Review 1：Took a Junior Suite. The furniture is old, the freezer "beard" of ice on the balcony of a terrible mess. The Windows are dirty. Excessive noise from hotel equipment below, with an open balcony to sleep. The hotel meets 4 stars, maximum 3 stars. Брали номер полулюкс. Мебель старая, в морозильнике "борода" из льда, на балконе грязища ужасная. Окна грязные. Сильный шум от отельного оборудования снизу, с открытым балконом спать невозможно. Review 3：I stayed there for a week in the end of August – and had an excellent experience. The hotel is located in Bat Yam and it is only 10-15 minutes away from Tel Aviv. Gal Knaf and his staff were very accommodating! The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. I also thought the breakfast was very tasty. I would absolutely consider staying there again in future trips. Overall, best value for your money if you look for a hotel near Tel Aviv.

Review 4：Hotel doesn't have its own beach, meaning you have to pay again for loungers. There was a fire alarm during our stay and communication from the hotel staff in this situation was really bad. We had a twin bed although I had asked for a double.

Review 8：I did not get the suite I paid for. I booked the large suite and they told me they don't have a suite like that. I had 3-4 options and I picked the largest. How can it be on the website with pictures and room size and not exist. They changed my room but it still wasn't the one I paid for. I was visiting my son who is a lone soldier in the army. I didn't want it to ruin the short time I had with him. Overall the people were friendly but I was really disappointed with the room

Review 9：Lack of room service, Daily room clean was bad. Kept asking for towels. lack of equipment for kitchen. No access to indoor swimming pool at all. Terrace opening hours to restrictive (no early morning or late evening) Some front counter staff were so very rude. Building is dirty and uncleaned in many areas (for a very long time.) Broken glass doors to entrance of hotel...!!!

Review 10：Location was perfect. View from room. View from restaurant terrace. Room size and layout. Some staff members were wonderful. The hotel has amazing potential. It could easily become high-quality, with some basic changes. When this place was new, it was probably excellent. Breakfast was 10/10 as were the breakfast staff and Manager.

The most bad thing was the fact that first we booked 7 nights on this horror hotel but we left after 3 nights because in 2 from 3 nights we had no towels in the bathroom. It was impossible to make a shower after a long day on trips. Firs time i asked for towels on front desk and a "busy and nice" lady told me that they had no more towels and i must to wait until they will wash some towels. Also she said that i will have the towels in few minutes :)) and this happend on 8.00 pm :) Well, after 1 hour and 30 minutes i received the towels. In the morning i had a discussion with manager an he assured me that it was a mistake. Next day when we arrived in the room at 6 pm, surprise :)) again, no towels in bathroom. I go to front desk and ask to have my money back for the rest of the days i booked and that nice lady told me that i must to wait 10 minutes until manager will arrive to talk me. As u can imagine, manager arrived after 2 hours and told me that if i want to leave the hotel they will keep a 50$ penalty. So i accept the penalty and released the room. Also i want to tell u that this is a 4 stars hotel and is one of the most expensive hotel in Bat Yam. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Thick skin management!

Review 23：1. Do not arrive on Friday or Saturday - they don't have staff at the hotel except the reception staff. Though the hotel was empty, they refused to change room to one of the guests (I suppose, they were not able to prepare any other room for change). 2. Dirty windows!!! 3. Poor breakfast!! 4. The fold out sofa was horribly uncomfortable. The bathtub had rust all over. The kitchens chairs were dirty and had writing all over. I wouldn't give this hotel more them 2 stars they have a lot of improvement to do it looks run down and dirty. Too many more things to write about.

If the hotel wants to protect the environment as it appears on signs in the bathroom need maids to report leaky faucets, etc. and also hearken when the guest says that the towels NOT need to be replaced. Now, the towels were changed even though we had not used them. ******************************* Lite slarvig städning den enda dagen vi ville ha det. Svårt att göra sig förstådd med städerskorna. Om hotellet vill värna om miljön som det står på skyltar i badrummet måste städerskorna rapportera läckande kranar mm och även hörsamma när gästen säger att handdukarna INTE behöver bytas. Nu byttes handdukarna trots att vi inte hade använt dem.

Thanks: Zehavit, Shani, Ronit and Lizi who made our stay in Bat Yam at a very good memory even if the flight alarm howled repeatedly. Always so nice and helpful. A nice well planned suite for me, my husband and our adult daughter. Wonderful breakfast with lots to choose from. Lovely pool with stunning views. Review 95：Some floors where being refurbished so the workers were using the customer lift so it took an age to get up and own the floors. Some notice from 8am was noticed. Taxi into the city was 50+ shekels so expensive.

Review 104：We arrived at the hotel around 2pm on the eve of Yom Hazikaron, Israel's Memorial Day. We are not Jewish and did not realize that this meant EVERYTHING, including restaurants, would be closed at sundown. The staff failed to mention this to us and by the time we were ready to go to dinner (which was after sunset) nothing was open so we ended up driving around for 2 hours trying to find something to eat instead of paying 200 NIS per person for a buffet dinner at one of the large hotels in Tel Aviv. If the staff would have informed us of this upon arrival we could have made plans accordingly and it would have made our stay in Tel Aviv a much more pleasant experience. The hotel itself needs major updating, there was a used condom on the ground by the pool - disgusting! - and the beach across the street is dirty with lots of trash. This hotel is also a 25 minute drive to Tel Aviv. You are better off paying more and staying in Tel Aviv for a better hotel.

Review 106：The windows are not facing directly the sea (as you might imagine when you are told that you will have a room with a view - it's got a sea view but from the sides). The rooms are small (i think the one with the kitchentte that we had was max 25sqm - we were not staying in the rooms much so we did not care) and the rooms have a old hotel smell.

Review 107：The hotel is very well placed in Bat Yam, near Tel Aviv. we choose it because it was close to one of our friends, but it has a very nice advantage as it's just acroos the beach. Another think that we liked was the wellcome: hotel had juices and cookies at the entrance and we were thirsty and hugry comming from a long way, so we were really glad about that. We liked the breakfast too and the personel serving us.

Review 118：- the room, balcony and windows were extremely dirty, - there was no hair dryer in the room, I had to sign for borrowing one from the reception, - the bedclothes was old, - the mattress was torn, - the housekeeping didn't bring enough towels even after we asked several times for it, - the minibar was empty. I would give at the most 2 stars to the hotel. The price is absolutely exaggerated. For 120 $ per night was not even breakfast included and the hotel didn't correspond to a 4 star hotel at all!!!

In response to a request to replace the room - was told that the hotel rooms are occupied ALL! And stay jast room by 340 usd/night :( We fled from there to a nearby hotel. The most awful experience. This hotel does not correspond to the high quality of the network Leonardo. The hotel is dirty. Many shops in the hotel are abandoned and do not work. The impression of Israel and of the trip - spoiled: (

Review 131：There were neither cups, nor coffee tablets though there was a coffee machine. Floor made of stone plate everywhere in the rooms and corridor appears to be less comfortable than a regular carpet.

Review 132：Very helpful, friendly and professional staff at the reception. There was a minor failure with a balcony door locking, and the technician arrived in 5 min, equipped with all necessary tools. Wonderful view from upper floors.
