Review 1：Rude Russians shouting all day and night and all over each other in the swimming pool , Wi-Fi connection is useless , I advise you don't pay for the service as it is not worth it

Review 2：The massage was very good - the rooms are very average but clean

Review 3：1. Thought the resort is called a beach resort it is about a kilometer away from the beach. 2. Reception staff not receptive to domestic guests while extremely polite and flirtatious with foreign guests, time and again had to be reminded that their answers r yet awaited and finally had to leave the desk. 3. My booking said that a pool side room would be provided, however, when i approached the reception with the same i was told that there r no rooms in the pool side left (rudely as if i asked something dear to them) and asked to me to contact the booking site and not them. when i demanded for meeting the manager, i was shoved up a youngster who wore the housekeeping staffs uniform and was told that he was the manager as though i wouldn't make out the difference ( the guy could barely speak English and after i told him my problem he started speaking with the receptionists in konkani and laughing) 4. The promised free Wi-Fi was NEVER available in the room and when enquired i was asked to come on to the reception area and utilise the facility, (which went on for all the 3 days i stayed there since internet ranges with dongles were weak in the room and being peak seasons, we were tight on travel bookings) while the same service was available in certain rooms of the class i mentioned above. 5. The food at the restaurant was not upto the mark and we preferred to have the food outside. 6. Room service too took more than an hour to get the food to the room. 7. One especially irritating incident is worth mention here, even though the resort boasts of 3 star equivalent standards, we had a nasty experience of a few eunuchs enter the restaurant during the breakfast on 27 Dec 15 and started asking for arms and trying physical intimidation. there was no action from the staff to clear off the unwelcomed guests. it surprises me that despite paying well for the rooms this is what you receive from the resort which really dampens the holiday mood.

Review 4：1. The house keeping staff were prompt and courteous and kept the rooms real clean. 2. Good and clean pool. 3. Rooms and the bathroom were clean. 4. facility for caroms with a really courteous and helpful attendant.

Review 5：Staff are very unprofessional. No System in place. Reception staff is pathetic to talk to. No courtesy in responding and no maturity in handling things. Room Cleanliness is not good. While check in i found dust bin was not cleared from previous stay. Toiletries were not refilled everyday. We had to call house keeping for little things. Restaurent staff quarrel each other loudly in front of guests. Even after 2 reminders, my taxi was not ready to drop me to railway station. Checkout time is too long. Basically it was a disappointment for me. I chose this hotel coz it was good 3 yrs back. Now too many rooms made and quality fell down. They have to really do something to improve this.

Review 7：Housekeeping - had to ask most days for fresh towels/shampoo - brought to room quickly once requested. Restaurant hygiene - at breakfast buffet, breads/muffins not covered and so lots of flies on them. Beach shack was good, but more sunbeds and umbrellas needed - we used beds at another shack almost every day.

Review 8：Restaurant - very good food, particularly the grilled fish. Service from staff was excellent - attentive and helpful. Hotel facilities were good - pool areas very pleasant and clean. Location near beach and shuttle taxi service.

Review 10：Hotels area is very beautiful. The delux room (G04) with entrance to the pool, was so luxury. Very friendly and helpful stuff.I am recently recommended to try Ayverdic massage and Podi Kizhi in Spa centre by man, who is from Kerala and does fantastic massages. In hotel is very good gym. Food in restaurant in amazing especially fish (Ponfret in the grill).

Review 11：Getting wifi which was included in the price I paid for the room was a true nightmare. Apparently I was the only one having this problem in the whole resort and they did not look very bothered to sort it out. They kept me hanging for 24h with a wealth of different excuses. I was asked " Why do I need wifi ?" then they admitted the i.t person was not available and had gone however I had been told they had contacted him and would be back to sort things out so not helpful at all since that person never showed up and was still not available the day after when they said he would. This was really frustrating. Two swimming pools, one is very large at the back and rather enjoyable as not crowded and very quiet although one of the small pool attached to it had extremely dirty water in it. Breakfast is basic. The room I had had problem with water pressure and not much hot water.

Review 12：Bed was good. Overall the room had plenty of space with balcony overlooking the palm trees which was a must. Mini bar available with snacks, kettle, flat screen TV and toiletries provided in the bathroom. The room staff very polite and friendly. Dinner on site was good and the waiter who dealt with me was very nice.

Review 13：The staff were all so very friendly and helpful and it was such a joy staying here! It was my birthday and they went to such effort decorating the whole room and bed with swan sculptures and flower petals and bouquets and delivered a personalized (and delicious!) birthday cake and everything! We had such a wonderful time and were overwhelmed by the friendliness and warmth we encountered. The rooms are beautiful and so is the view with palm trees and flowers everywhere. The food is excellent, especially the lamb and fish dishes, and the buffet which was complimentary was impressive--with a wide selection of unique Indian dishes, an omelette bar, and juices.

Review 14：Wifi is bad here. If you stay in the 1 st and 2 nd floor , Free wifi will not work

Review 16：Wifi didn´t work in our room at any time, only at reception or restaurant. Dinner was a bit overpriced compared with normal prices in Goa. Breakfast was´t good at all. Swimming pool was crowded with adults playing and creating too much noise.

Review 20：There was a singer at dinner on the weekends (80's/90's classics- quite fun), but it meant if you wanted to sleep before 11pm it was quite loud in the room. The pool was quite busy and as it was at the front of the hotel, was a bit of a thoroughfare. Service in restaurant was friendly and well meaning, but a bit confused/ slow at times.

Review 30：Doors have to be shut by pushing them hard. This echoes along the passages and keeps you awake at night. The Musik in the Restaurant Area had Disco-Sound-Level, Waiters could not understand what you ordered. We (couple) stopped our conversation as we did not want to shout at each other. They should install a Moskito/Insect Net at the door to Balcony, so that one can get some fresh air, instead of having to keep doors shut. STaff very slow at breakfast service, you had to ask for new set of cups etc. when sitting at a table which had been used already. Perhaps understaffed at breakfast service. Lack of service at Hotel's Beach Shack.

Review 31：Well-Kept Hotel, Rooms, Gardens, Pools. Massage and Beaty Parlor. Good breakfast choice. Electric Kettle and Coffee, Tea, Water provided in Hotel room. Washing line on Balcony for bathing suits. Food was good. Lovely fresh eggs at "egg station" prepared by cook with tomatoes, onions, cheese, herbs, chili, etc.

Review 38：Friendly staff, lovely welcome. Large room with balcony, very clean but room quite plain. All amenities you could need; fridge, safe, aircon and very comfortable big bed. A very good breakfast. Smallish pool but adequate. Beach 10 mins walk, but quite nice along road with many small shops and stalls. Evening meal excellent and so reasonably priced £5 for starter, main and 2 beers! Staff were lovely, very friendly and chatty.

Review 79：The hotel is in a good position, 10 minutes walk to the beach with several places to eat nearby. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and the pool areas are clean. The evening meals were excellent, a good variety to chose from and very good prices. Wellness centre offered lovely treatments although the reception staff seemed a little disorganised. Morning yoga could be booked the day before, at additional charge of INR200.

Restaurant staff just stand around looking clueless and ignore guests. Food when ordered takes an average of an hour to get to your table. Very amateur service. The Indian food is good but this is India. Everything non-Indian and a lot of the fish is very dry and poor quality. Entertainment is poor at dinner time.

Review 85：Clean, attractive location and building. Cleaning staff do a good job daily on the room. Reasonably priced. Front counter staff helpful. 10 minutes from a nice clean, quiet beach.

Review 86：The shower did not always have hot water!!! Also the WiFi would not work in our villa!!! I needed this in order to stay connected with my business. I had to move to another hotel in order to utilize WiFi. As much money that comes into your resort you need to upgrade the villas and put new curtains with liner in them so street lights don't shine into villa, also upgrade the bathrooms!!!
