Review 1：Asked for twin beds and did not get them. Received no assistance with our luggage from receptionist; in fact, she hardly stayed long enough to get passport info. Stairs to reach the B and B and more, narrow stairs to reach our rooms. I went down once we got to our rooms with a question for the receptionist, but she was already gone. I would definitely NOT stay there again.

Review 29：This was my second stay at this B&B. First time was with adult family members; this time was with a spouse and kids. We'll definitely return. The location is perfect- easy walking distance to the central part of the historic district, but not in the noisy heart of it all. The owners were a sweet and friendly couple. Part of the breakfast is italian pastry; every morning they made sure to get our 3 year old's favorite kind and hold it aside for him. Rooms were bright and clean; when we arrived there was a crib already set up for our 1 year old. The communal area has everything you need for a coffee/tea break or picnic meal. AC and wifi worked well. Great water pressure. Excellent value for the money, with bonus personal touches.

Review 36：Easy to find by Italian standards, comfortable, clean by any standards. You have your own bedroom and shared living/dining room with a big fridge and a freezer.
Review 37：The online description of the B & B issued by Booking.com stated that the accommodation was 200 metres from the cathedral, which was inaccurate, although it is centrally placed. As a result we had difficulty locating it until our host obligingly came to fetch us from the vicinity of the cathedral.
