Review 1：heating wasn't working and a shower a little bit small. Wifi sometimes wasn't working well and weak reception but not that bad.
Review 2：Arianna was extremely nice, gave us tips about lake Iseo, smiled all the time and was very welcoming. She also gave us a blow heater when we needed to heat the room(we visited in October) since the heating didn't work. The room itself was VERY clean, walking distance to the main city area. We got a balcony to our request, unfortunately didn't use it because it was raining. breakfast was good for a two star hotel, they have a bar at a reasonable prices, really great place!

Review 15：My son and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at Hotel Arianna. It is a genuine family-run simple hotel with a personal touch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great with fresh fruit and homemade pastries, etc. The location was very convenient - you walk across a main road and then you are in the historic centre and a few minutes more walk to the lakeside. Highly recommended as great value for a budget hotel.

They recommended a local 'non-touristy' place to eat which had a great atmosphere and served excellent food. The breakfast was good and the service personal and friendly. Review 21：This hotel is family owned. Owners are extremely nice and friendly people. They took a great care of us and also helped with getting around the region. The breakfast is typical Italian but with great assortment! The coffee is great! :) There's a small bar in the hotel, so there's no need to go some place if you want a nice drink.

The owners not only provided her with medicine, but went out of their way to open the kitchen especially for us, and cooked a lovely dinner, as she was too unwell to leave the hotel. - Clean rooms. Simple but very comfortable. - Good breakfast - fresh coffee, fruit juice, cereals, croissants etc, and very flexible with times (I had work very early one morning) - Great value for money.
