Review 1：A beautiful little B&B with sensational views of the lake. The room was tastefully done and the staff were very accommodating. There is a strong art theme with a lot of works on display. There is a small meditation/relaxation room. There are two wonderful restaurants - Pagnanelli and La Gardenia - only a few steps away. According to TripAdvisor these are the #1 and #2 restaurants in Castel Gandolfo and we dined at both.
Review 2：It is not easy to find them if driving. The best way is to stop at public parking opposite restaurant Pagnianelli and ask the people from the restorant for directions. In fact the restaurant is 50 m from the hotel.

Review 6：Attention to detail - meticulously designed room with direct view on lake. Great personalised service. The location is above the lake and it is silent .. you can enjoy the beauty in a very relaxed manner in your own balcony.
Review 7：It was hard to find (is directly underneath La Gardenia restaurant) and hardly any room to leave the car while dropping off luggage. Had to park up the road and across the street. Small bathroom with a tiny shower where the curtain clings to you and water floods the floor. Breakfast (delivered to our room) didn't have enough coffee, had Philadelphia cream cheese instead of the hundreds of lovely cheeses available fresh in Italy, the packaged individual portion of prosciutto smelled quite off - don't know why as it was sealed. For the price the room itself and the view were great but the bathroom and breakfast were on the down side.
Review 8：Friendly greeting with a drink and a snack, big bottle of water, there were rose petals on the bed.... and fresh roses. Nice towels and toiletries. Nice, comfortable bed with good linens. A/C, heat, fan, hair dryer. Large balcony with table, 2 chairs and lovely lake view. About a 10 minute walk to the old town and a 15 minute walk to the meeting point for the Castel Gondolfo Garden tour. Pleasant staff.
Review 9：We booked Atelier sul lago for our wedding weekend. The place was perfect. Lovely views and tastefully decorated. We had the option of having breakfast in our room overlooking the lake, which we of course took. Rooms are very comfortable and renovated, with new bathrooms. The staff is friendly. Well done!
Review 10：This bed and breakfast was the perfect place to stay and relax. The rooms are beautiful and each has an exquisite view of the lake. The owner and manager treated us like family and our experience was outstanding.

Review 12：The checkout procedure was utterly confusing. The owner left some girl in her place who gave us some form with a Marca di bollo but couldn't explain what we were supposed to do with it. Even without the language barrier (thank Google translate) she was completely clueless. All other 5 hosts we encountered over our stay in Italy handled the guest registration process themselves.

Review 16：Atelier Sul Lago is so peaceful and relaxing with most amazing views, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the town of Castel Gandolfo feels like the hidden gem of rome, we spent the last night of our honeymoon after visiting Venice, Rome and Sardinia and it was definitely the pick of the bunch!

No distractions like TV, radio, music player or refrigerator. Kind helpful hosts. Fresh breakfast. Well located. Even in early May there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. Ideal stay for 1 or 2 nights.

We particularly liked the friendliness of the owner "Tiziana" who made us feel as if we were family. The room was spacious, well decorated and unique. Fantastic views of the lake, Very relaxing.

We were impressed with how much love and taste the house is furnished and the attention given to the guests even in such details as fresh flowers in the room and welcome apperitivo of champagne. Signora Tiziana and her assistants were very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Review 44：Absolutely everything in Atelier sul Lago is great: location, comfort, view of the lake, home atmosphere, real Italian hospitality, sincere feelings of people living there who are always ready to meet all your needs and make you feel at home. I had a fantastic type of vacation, very relaxing. By the way, there is even a room for relaxation, though the atmospehere in the Hotel is relaxing in itself. I will always think about this place with a lot of emotion and love.

Review 90：It's not the hotel's fault, but this place is pretty hard to find. Google Maps and Sat Navs don't recognise the address and send you on a wild goose chase down to the lake. Worth looking up the location before you get there because it's actually just off the main junction.
Review 91：We stayed at Atelier Sul Lago as a stop off travelling out of Rome towards the South. We couldn't believe how amazing this little B&B was for so little money! Our room looked out over Lake Albano and we got to enjoy our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the view because they bring breakfast to your room. There's a really great restaurant directly above the B&B and parking is fairly easy to find. If you're travelling out of Rome it's definitely worth staying here.

Review 93：As everyone has said before us it is a fantastic view and we had a quirky room with a shower built as if in a hollow in the rock. The staff we all super friendly and the dog a delight. Great location to visit the popes summer house and the food in the old town for both lunch and dinner was excellent.

Review 99：Very helpful and kind staff, they kindly offer to help us when we need to go to Rome early by taking us to the most nearest train station which has trains that day(Ciampino Station). Then on the same day when we got trapped returning, they offered us a drive back. The room are very clean and comfort, the breakfast is very nice.
