Review 1：One member of the staff at breakfast usually ignored us when we wanted to order the cappuccino from the bar instead to make one from the machine self service.

Review 3：Air condition - we had 2 rooms and air condition was only in one of them (and didn't work good), breakfast - he had to ask always about things to eat- eggs, bacon, we have been waiting a long time, still missed eggs, bacon. Cheese. Poor hotel, poor bathrooms. Hotel with 3 ***? No way! ** - ok.

Review 10：Our room was comfortable and clean, everyone treated us cordially, the hotel is fabulously located in the centre of Iseo, in walking distance of all the restaurants.
Review 11：The noise was a problem from adjoining rooms not only at nightie into the early hours of the morning but during the day when we wanted to sit on the balcony; added to this was the fact that there a lot of smokers, but that was not the fault of the staff.
