Review 1：a bit of renovation required and some cooking pots/pans would need replacing
Review 2：Quiet location with sea views, clean apartment (not really a hotel), extremly spacious, lots of privacy, clean dishes and cuttlery, friendly staff

Review 4：Great apartment with los of privacity, and very nice people in charge of the place. Sara was very kind and helpful at any time. Giorgio was also very nice. The swimingpool was also fantastic, sorounded by trees and mountains.

Review 9：The gps did not find teh address at all, so if you travel with your hope gps, make sure you at least print out a (google) map with the directions from Cardedu city centre to the hotel. The host practically spoke no English, we tried to communicate in French, but it does not help to find directions, be prepared. Besides it is getting very dark rather early. it happened that our room did not have any hot water and by the time we have discovered it - was too late, there were nobody left from the staff.The host out of courtesy offerred the dinner for free to compensate this. In general, I believe it functions well. We weree in February and it was COLD in the room, the airco simply could not make it warm enough, it is not a lodging for off-season! But overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Review 10：We had a late check-in, the person was waiting just for us. We were hungry and the restaurant had the course of cuisine, yet they were very kind to make 2 dishes for us at about 23.00.. the location is beautiful, surrounded by hills and nature, private parking space, a kind of a raw of detached bungalows, with a kitchen (and a sofa) and a bedroom with a big bed each. Looks decent and nice. The host was very open and in deeds apologised for certain inconveniences.
