Review 4:staff was friendly, kind and very welcoming. ideal location to be with a pet also.
Review 5:No hairdryer in the room, but we didn't ask for one, i am sure they would have given us one

Review 7:What can I say about Villa Giannini? it was simply beautiful. We went for my partner's birthday and I can surely say that it was our best holiday ever. Everything was absolutely spot on: great location, great view, quite environment, high level of cleanliness and finally delicious breakfast. Both the owner and his staff are really kind and always willing to help, they made us feel home and we will remember this holiday for a long time...by the way, we have been back for almost one week now and we are already planning our next trip there.
Review 8:The Italian break fast, but owner made it for us nice, with Ricotta and local cheese.
Review 9:Excellent Sicilian private wine chateau, nice rooms, beautiful few, nice nature smells, 1 km from beach, close to all Baroque city's like Noto, Siragusa, Scicli, Ragusa. What you want more?
Review 10:No road to the hotel just gravel and soil. Parking is between rows of trees on gravel. Television in room is very small and primitive. Wifi connection is weak on downloads & uploads Breakfast is minimal & super basic
Review 11:Very peaceful & quiet Secluded location secured with a large private gate Large & comfortable bed Private parking Very helpful owner Very clean room & pleasant odor Soft & clean towels Comfortable bathroom & shower water pressure
Review 12:Fantastic spot close to the beach. Property has a beautiful garden with an amazing view. Mr. Michele, the owner, is extremely kind and professional. I'd really love to come back in the future.
Review 13:My room was facing the yard in front of the reception with the consequent noise. If you don't want to wake up early, that room is not ideal. The bathroom was very cleaned but there was a bed smell from the piping. I was expecting a richer breakfast.
Review 14:I liked the villa and its style. I liked the location. The villa is in the country side but is very close to the cost where there are beautiful beaches for all the tastes. It is also very easy to reach. I liked the kindness of the owner, the cleanness of the room, the cakes for breakfast.
Review 15:We were staying there for a couple of splendid days. The Villa was very authentic and had rich history. The owne r was really helpful and was ready to help any time. Home made buns for breakfast were truly italian and fresh. The beach was just a couple minutes drive away and it was perfect for kite surfing or windsurfing. All in all, we would highly recommend this place if you want authentic italian experience.
Review 16:No wifi in the room; Wifi was only avialible outside.
Review 17:Service; The owner Michael was always helpfull. The rooms; Big, nice and clean. The silence; it´s as close as you can get to the nature, but still be a 3 minute drive from the beach.
Review 18:Villa Gannina is fantastic, it is surrounded by hectares of land giving a unique experience of peace and tranquility. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and ready to give tips on good restaurants and places to visit during the stay.
