Review 1：The Italian owner used to live in Frankfurt for twenty years so it's no surprise that the place is full of Germans. Actually we were the only non-Germans there. Biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning which, in 40 C temperatures, was hard to cope with. Even the ceiling fan together with a portable could not handle the heat and the night was a nightmare. At these prices one would expect an air conditioning. It is a 21 century. The two bottles of water in the room went fast but to replenish it was at a costly 9 €.for two (you can buy few bottles of wine for that price). Another surprise was that the place claims to be in popular Marina de Cecina, while, in fact, to get to Marina di Cecina is a 20 minutes car ride.. Strange how this misrepresentation remains unchanged.. .

Review 4：We really had a pleasant stay and wonderful time. All stuff members were truly friendly, helpful and made all specific wishes and requests possible. In particular, the restaurant was excellent. We were treated like family members - warmly and welcome. The owner always made sure that all guests were satisfied and everything was fine at any time. The breakfast buffet with fresh-made pancakes and omelette, great variety of food - tasty and sufficient. The antipasti and dessert buffet in the evenings, a real highlight. Also, the quality of the food was outstanding.
