Review 1：All staff helpful and friendly .The hotel is not in the centre of town but they run a great shuttle service to and from the centre , beach and train station . I had lunch in the hotel during my stay and I thought the food / service were very good indeed and great value.
Review 2：Room was very hot. No AC during my stay. Only one power outlet not being used. Wifi was very poor. Very thin walls and door. Bed right next to the door which was very thin. Could hear people talking 4 to 5 doors away. Could hear my neighbors phone conversion late into the night. Construction site next door was very loud early in the morning. TV was the size of a PC monitor. Room had just enough room to walk around the bed

Review 19：This was a very tired Hotel. Which hadn't been refurbished in years. -The room had a rubber cover over the mattress. What sort of people stay in this Hotel? -The barman (actually the receptionist) had no idea how to make a gin and tonic. -The dinner was appalling. We had carrot soup to start. Three quarters of it was covered in Parmesan shavings (yes shavings-that's how stale it was). It totally dominated the taste. It could have been bath water and you wouldn't have known. This was followed by Veal in gravy. You couldn't chew the meat. It had been diced, I guess, to try to make the chewing easier. The gravy was coloured water. We didn't eat any of it. Most of the tables were for one or two people. They all faced a large television screen which blasted football at you -At breakfast there was no butter. I got a bowl of cereal and went to get a spoon and found it encrusted with dried food. After folding back the cloth covering the spoons I found four that were in the same condition. I pointed it out to the waiter who offered no apology and just took them away. Must be a normal happening. This was a disgusting Hotel and Bookings.com should consider removing it from their website. What I am also surprised at is that it comes under the Best Western banner. Whether they own it (get rid of the staff and refurbish it) or it is a franchise (then stop it being one until the standards are markedly improved). The town is a dump as well. Best to stay in Trani (next door) near the Cathederal. It was very nice there.
Review 20：Cannot find anything I liked about the Hotel. I have stayed in many Best western Hotels and this was by far the worst.
Review 21：The breakfast was terrible, poor and not well served. The hotel was fully booked and people had to cue to get a croissant. Fruits and juices not fresh. Bad coffee. For a 4 stars hotel this is not acceptable.
