Review 1：We arrived late, so it was not easy to find the place. Luckily we had GPS. I completely forgot that I had to go to the restaurant if there was no one at the reception.

Review 2：The view from the swimming pool was great. It must be beautiful in summer. The restaurant was cozy and nice.

Review 3：Room was smelly with very small window. In November 4 mosquitos in our room and many spots of killed mosquitos on the wall.... we didn't sleep well bcs mosquitos and hard bed.

Review 7：Host was very helpful. The area was too beautiful, calm and quite. You just take a chair and enjoy the nature around. It has all the modern facilities we require in the room. Food was damn good, specially the breakfast buffet with fresh items. Beef steak at dinner was extra ordinary.

Water in the pool was very cold, whoich of course is not anyones fault, but the vicinity of the pool, sunbeds and tables were dirty as if it was not supposed to be used. Also the playground for kids was poorly cleaned and not very well maintained. The restaurant's a'la carte food was of score 3 out of five. Was not bad but nothing special.

Review 54：The property is very beautiful, good location close to Florence, Chiatni road and Siena. Good base for traveling around if you have a car. Overall quality, equipment and design of the room was very nice. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not diversified, but good.

There were some little bugs in the bathroom too, which is not such a problem, but we could have definitely rested more peacefully :)

Review 96：This was without doubt our best stay during our trip to Italy. It gave us the real Tuscan feeling. A beatiful place, with wonderful people. They have a restaurant which serves delicious food. We ordred their Florentine Steak...tender and tasty peace of meat. You have to drink/buy the housewine, it's amazingly good. Be sure to book apartment or room in the mainbuilding because the breakfast and dinner is served there. Fantastic view from most of the rooms, you will sleep and wake up to the sound's of nature:) Pool area is a great place to chill out with a glass of wine or proseccio, and it's usually not too many people due to limited rooms/apartmens. Relaxing and yet central for visiting Tuscany. You should have a car! Makes it's a lot easier. Many winefarms nearby. If you are going to Firenze drive the way to Piazzale Michelangelo. Free parking for the car, and you can walk down to town and take a cab up to the parking on the way back.

Review 99：This is only a review of the room we had. I am sure upstairs rooms were very nice and with balconies and great views. We were checked in in a 2 bed apartment that was on the ground floor and in the building away from the pool. So if you like me like a swim before breakfast (or after day of exploring) you have to walk down the hill to the pool and back again. It is not a long walk but it is in no way convenient or exciting. Apartment was rustic but very dark and somehow not welcoming. Living room/kitchen had 2 armchairs in the corner and a dining table and it was so dark you wouldn't want to spend any time there. Outside patio was hidden behind the trees and bushes that you didn't have any views (you could have been in your back garden and not Tuscany). It was noisy in the night as you can hear upstair apartment talking and dragging their chairs across the floor so we couldn't sleep until they went to bed. There wasn't a TV in the apartment to at least try and drown the noise out. All this might not be a problem from someone coming from a different place but for us coming from London in search of sun and light and a peace of quiet this was not the right place so we decided to leave after the first night.

Review 100：We booked here after reading lots of reviews (negatives and positives). I was aware of the negatives and was sure that I can live with those. We were given clear instructions on how to get there. It had a beautiful views of the country side. Swimming pool was nice size and also had amazing views. Bed in the apartment was very hard but surpassingly we had a great night sleep so not an issue. Staff were really friendly and helpful (reception and restaurant). Food was delicious. In general great location. Close to Florence and not to far from Siena.

Review 107：Absolutely everything! The kindness of the staff and owner when we found ourselves in a few difficult situations, was outstanding. We highly recommend them for anyone wanting a quiet retreat into the Tuscan mountain regions. There's a bus top at the bottom of their driveway (bus 37 will take you right into Florence!) so arriving without a car is absolutely an option. We managed it! They even printed a bus schedule for us. The restaurant was perfect with fresh menus daily. We very much enjoyed their personal chianti with each meal. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Meats, cheeses, breads, sweets, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruits. They had a coffee machine that was much appreciated! Everyone was so great. Again, we can't recommend this place more :) Everything was just as pictured as well. No surprises there. Just book now! haha it's a great place.

Review 108：The place is great! We are a family with three grown children (over 21) but it was so much fun to just watch my children enjoying the view, biking and eating the hearty breakfast . The location of the place was just right to travel to places like siena. pisa even outlet shopping . I would definitely recommend it!
