Review 1：Nothing. It's an older hotel, but efficient.

Review 2：The host and his Mom run this friendly hotel with an awesome view of Lago d'Iseo. They were helpful and accommodating, couldn't have been better. We felt like family after our 3 day stay!

Review 8：Asked for room with balcony, were told they had e mailed us which we never got, got a grotty room at the back of hotel, we never had a shower as it was filthy, mildew and cracked, beds were terrible with the springs digging in our backs. Speaking to others at hotel they paid more than us and came to the conclusion that our balcony room we should have had and booked through you was obvious given to someone who was paying more than us. Breakfast was the same always had to ask for things as they didn't bother refilling or stocking the breafast things up.I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

Review 10：The breakfast buffet could have been more exiting, but OK considering the price range. A bit noisy, but not more than you could expect from its sentral location.

Review 12：There was nothing we did not like about this hotel - the staff could not do enough for you. We found ourselves without an iron and the owner immediately lent us one. We were given a wonderful sea-view room. Would not hesitate for one moment to return to Hotel Milano.

Review 16：Location was excellent, the veiw from our room was amazing, breakfast was very good, the management are great people and very helpful. We hired mountain bikes for the three days and they where good quality. Value plus, highly recommend Hotel Milno and hope to return.

Review 37：I had read previous reviews concerning the outdated decoration. This didn't concern me too much as I was on a budget and wasn't looking at the wall paper while my eyes were closed and sleeping! It wasn't the Ritz but neither was the price! I don't think there was a lift so beware those who are old and less mobile.

Review 38：Family run. Owner works hard to please. Didn't eat here so cannot review the restaurant. Other than breakfast buffet which was good and well stocked. Great location with rooms with a small balcony overlooking the lake.(lake facing room worth the extra £! Some free parking spots available and they are helpful at getting you to park if they have the room. Very good for couples on a budget. Superb Location.

Review 40：Lake Iseo is a magical place and the Hotel Milano provided an excellent value for money deal - location, views, size and cleanliness of room, helpfulness and friendliness of owners and staff, WiFi access, breakfast (personalised boiled egg!) -more than met our expectations for a two star hotel !

Review 41：Hotel room requires renovation. Doors and windows are almost transparent for any kind of noise. Wi-Fi is not available in the room.

Review 43：The rooms are old and in dire need of renovation, but clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and we had difficulties sleeping. In theory no WiFi in the room , although we could use it in ours.

Review 44：We really liked the friendly staff. The lady helped us a lot by suggesting an excursion and by helping us to decide how to best get to Bergamo airport. We agreed to book a taxi and she arranged that for us as well. The breakfast was really good considering the looks of the hotel. Tasty coffee, varied food, nice. The look on the lake was of course beautiful. WiFi only downstairs but it reached our room and worked fine.

Review 45：The building is in need of renovation (especially the bathrooms), although they keep it clean. Wi-fi downstairs only, not in rooms. They are happy to store baggage on the day of departure but have no locked room for that; it is just kept in the bar or restaurant in view.

Anyway, Iseo is a great place to visit at all times of the year. I loved the king-size bed in my hotel room. If I am to return, I would choose Hotel Milano again.

The hotel is situated perfectly for those who is planning to explore the fantastic area around Lake Iseo. Review 60：Excellent location with room overlooking the lake. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Quiet location with little or no traffic noise. Boat station a very short walk away. Room cleaned daily and towels changed when requested.

Review 61：Reception staff very competent, multilingual, friendly and flexible. They arranged my very late arrival, provided several useful hints and even called me back once to clarify something. Hotel is located 10 meters from the waterfront, in the prime city centre. Free wifi and parking. Great view to the lake and mountains if you have a lake-view room.

Review 64：The hotel is situated exactly in the most exciting part of the town Iseowith lots of nice restaurants, bars and ice cream vendors right at thelake. We had a nice room with a wonderful balcony that was perfect forwatching the sunset over the lake. The air conditioning was a great plusas we were travelling there during a very warm week. We got a freeparking right in front of the hotel and the reception helped us to rentbicycles and buy cheap boat tickets.

Review 66：The hotel has 15 rooms and must be one of the smallest in Iseo which means at times the restaurant is closed. No aircon in rooms - just small portable fan. In general the place needs some paint and TLC, no elevators.
