Review 1：Room poorly lit but we were there in October and the weather was quite gloomy.

Review 2：Good sized room,clean comfortable. Breakfast was good fresh boiled eggs and coffee on request. Manager very pleasant and welcoming. Restaurant next door was good value.

Review 3：Perfect location for discovery of Chianti wine region , Florence and other Tuscany destinations (Siena, Pisa,..). Nice and quite place to stay. Very friendly owner and his wife, good value for price. We recommend !

Review 11：The location is close to Florence and most other points of interest in the region. Nice and quiet place to stay. Classic Italian countryside all around. The staff and the what I think is the owner family was so friendly, made everyone feel welcome. I wish we'd scheduled more time to just sit and relax in the surroundings. Would love to go back. Near, in Lastra a Signa it was a hipermarket, so we could buy what we need. Very convenient. Our apartment was spacious, spotless, clean and very comfortable for all four of us. Our kids loved the pool. I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice and relaxing stay in a quiet and lovely countryside.
