Review 1：It is a place with potential but must be completely refurbished. Everything is old and shabby and neglected. Breakfast is very poor. There is a swinning pool but without any shady space. Excellent if you want to bake or melt under the hot Sicilian sun but impossible to enjoy sitting arround the pool. On top the loud music of the wending parties that are held in the hotel will keep you awake.

Review 3：Myself and my two mid 20's son and daughter all had a terrific time In this old restored villa. The panorama is unique,the people are just delightful,never felt more safe and more confortable any other place I have vacationed. Don't know what else to say other than we all loved it. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary vacation in Sicily,just go book it now. The owner mr. Fratantonio and his wife will welcome you with Sicilian style charm.......with open arms

Review 15：Finding the hotel, when you approach the hotel from the south side, fromIspica, you can hardly read the sign along the mainroad to the hotel,totally tarnished by the sun.

Review 16：Situated just outside the lovely town of Ispica. Ideal quiet romanticplace from where to visit the surrounding ‘baroque’ cities of Noto,Ragussa, Modica, Siracuse etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Youhave immediately typically Italian animated contact with Massimo and thegirl (I forget her name). They speak Enlish very well. We stayed 3nights. Only the first night we had diner in the hotel. In another partof the hotel was a wedding party going on and we were lucky to share theextremely tasteful diner. We loved our stay in every respect!
