Review 1：Altough "no depozit" payment policy they charged te cost of the stay next second after they confirmed the reservation. Complained to booking.com but no result. They were keep telling me that the deposit was not charged although my bank account was debited and money left.

Review 2：Everything was very good. Residential building converted ingenuosly in a hotel. Spatious rooms, clean, parking, decent breakfast.

Review 3：extra fee for swimming pool towel. Quality of the breakfast. Coffee was awful, we are in Italy, it should not be!

Review 5：Vert clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms with huge balcony. Everyone was so very comfortable in the quadruple room. Breakfast was excellent value. The pool is definitely a plus plus for kids.

Review 12：Big room with balcony and air condition. Swimming pool was really nice and it was possible to bath also in the evenning. The indian restaurant very tasty. Close to metro Station. Private parking outside for free, for 5 Euro a night parking in garage.

Review 14：Stay clear of room #509, there was a really nasty smell. It was heavily perfumed at arrival but was impossible to ignore. Otherwise a good sized family room.

Good breakfast: salted and sweet choices, yogurt, muesi, fruits. Smiling staff and good furniture in the breakfast room. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but we didn't try it.

Review 48：If you are ever as unlucky as we were to end up in the hotel due tofriend being sent to the hospital literary next doors from the place, besure - you have found the best possible place to stay. The place isamazing, staff is very attentive and everybody knows English (specialthanks to the Asian girl at breakfast who made me feel very homely),loved the pool on the top of the roof (it is just great) and the parkingplace at the front of the hotel is massive and free of charge as well.(And don’t worry, the sound insulation is so great that your sleep won’tbe disturbed due to ambulance circling around).

Breakfast was simple but tasteful and plenty. Overall the package is value for money. This is a basic and functional hotel in a industrial area for a relative low price.

The location is not that great if your intention is to explore the city, but it was fine for our one night stay on the way to Garda. Breakfast was generous.

Review 124：Pretty close (about 500 m) to the excelent metro, a couple of stations from the central parts som Brescia. From Centrale FS it was 15 min by train to Desenzano and lake Garda (go there) The pool at the roof was great, wifi works in the whole hotel.
