Review 8：We visited at the beginning of June for a holiday. The hotel advertised, shuttle bus and pool side bar. Neither were available and only commenced on the day we were leaving (mid June) The walk into the town centre took 20 mins and was a challenge for my hubby, who has some walking limitations. As the pool side bar was not open, we were only able to get a drink from the bar after 5.00 pm. Snacks were not available. When the bar did open, its customers included corporate business people, mainly in suits. Felt a little uncomfortable sitting in or around the bar in swimwear

Review 10：A line to the breakfast. No hot food, it should be there but every time I approached the containers they were empty. Very small and poor SPA facilities. The temperature in both saunas are much lower than it should be. The jacuzzi is old and poor. The outdoor pools are old, and the drinks are not allowed near the pools (is it so hard to provide a plastic cocktail glasses?) There is no private beach. The beach is a third-party paid facility, and the beach itself is a crowed grass field near the water. All the facilities are old and not fresh. The hotel needs renovation very much. Definitely it's not 4-star resort (I wouldn't give it even 3 stars) and bad value for money. Too expensive for what it can offer.

Review 13：Breakfast same every day with limited selection. Staff at breakfast not very welcoming. Pool not heated a too cold for our baby (during some mixed weather late July). Travel cot supplied for baby had good mattress but was her squeaky so not good for our daughter who wriggles around a lot! Wifi terrible!!

Review 15：Internally the hotel was excellent as were the staff but externally the grounds looked a little neglected and for example at least three on the bicycles that the guests could use had flat tyres and the one I used has to have the lock cut off as the key had been lost! Review 37：Breakfasts were ok, the bacon could be crispy , every time I went totake some bacon and egg the supplies were low and not really veryappealing. Would prefer fresh fruit salad rather than tinned fruit. Thebalcony may be needed a make over. The hotel was good value and we wouldstay again, in the summer we imagine it would be fabulous.

Review 38：The staff were excellent, in fact they had upgraded us to room 234 alovely e bathroom suite with lounge and balcony. Would imagine in thesummer it would be an ideal family hotel. Location 15 minute walk intoIseo, the hotel loaned us complimentary bikes which we used for thewhole day and took to the island. Lovely roaring fire in the evening ancandles at the entrance. Staff very friendly, helpful.

Review 39：Too many rooms mean that the staff does not know you. When I left nobody said good bye... The hotel is next to a big campground , which means that is is very noisy at night if you have a room towards the car park , not to the swimming pool. First hotel ever I was not asked about my room number, because the staff did not care.

Review 40：It is a good , but not an excellent hotel. It is a hotel for families and groups, and there are plenty, it seems to be very popular among British guests. The staff is ok , they are trying, but maybe due to the many rooms you do not feel 'at home ' like e.g. in Il due Roccoli where I stayed before I moved to Iseo Lago.

Review 45：Comfortable, smart hotel with good facilities. Didn't eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was lovely. Excellent room with very efficient air-con. At the time we stayed the hotel was very quiet, obviously nearing the end of the season, it meant that the pool area was not at all busy. Great pools though and a good pool bar Convenient position,easy walk to the town, but not very pretty.

Review 49：My friends and I had a great stay for 4 days (we were visiting for a wedding near by), we received a really good quality service, all of the rooms and the hotel in general was of a really good standard. Staff couldn't do enough for us - helping us pay our autostrada bill online etc!! Everything was really clean and tidy at all times, the pool areas were lovely too! Review 50：Nothing seriously wrong with this hotel, but it is quite large and a bit tired and had more of a park/complex feel than a luxury hotel. The edge of town location, not the most beautiful surrounds, being next to car parks and a slightly noisy camping site added to this feel. It's horses for courses really....ideal for families but could be better value therefore (based upon the rate we paid). As a luxury stay for a mature couple it was a bit disappointing compared with the two other only slightly more expensive hotels we stayed at during our trip. So for us, no major complaints but we weren't that sad to be moving on after 3 nights-----maybe we would have felt more positive had it been significantly cheaper than the other places we stayed.

Review 51：It was available and flexible. The room was clean (if small) everything worked okay and it had a nice balcony. The staff were efficient and friendly. Free WiFi worked well.

Review 54：Three pools: two covered with scum; one part-filled with green algae-filled water.Reception staff unhelpful. Rooms were provided with air-conditioning - but this wasn't useable even though the temperature was 28.5 celsius. The reason given for this, by one of the reception staff, was because two days earlier it had only been 12 celsius. No apology was offered and the air-conditioning remained off despite several more days of hot weather. At breakfast, bread was in short supply. On one day the only bread available for toast was a thin baguette. On three days, bread had to be requested before it was put out. The service at the restaurants linked to the hotel left a lot to be desired. At one a salad didn't arrive. At the other, a steak requested well-done was red (i.e. raw) in the centre - but if you don't like salads and prefer your steak very rare, you may like these restaurants.

Review 58：This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us as we booked it last minute asa stop off on the way to Lake Garda. In a description that ild readabout this hotel it was described as modest! Its anything but. We foundit very comfortable with a touch of luxury. The rooms were wellfurnished and decorated and most had there own balcony with views of thelake and mountains. We didn't eat dinner here but the breakfast was nicewith food that would suit most needs. The staff are very friendly and aspecial mention for the lady who was behind the bar who went out of herway to help us with restaurant recommendations.
