Farm Stay Tenuta Tizzauli sells fast on our site. Surrounded by vineyards, Tenuta Tizzauli is in Montespertoli in the Tuscan countryside. It offers well-equipped apartments and large grounds with a swimming pool, playground and barbecue.

Review 1：The pool is great, but out of five days we were at TT, it was closed for cleaning two days after 7 PM so we could not refresh after long day of sightseeing - one of the reasons we had chosen this property.
Review 2：Central location for visiting Tuscany. Comfortable apartments, big rooms, mosquito nets. Pool.
Review 3：We had great stay in Tenuta Tizzauli. Everything was new. Staff nice and friendly. We were quite a late (after check in time) and that was not a problem to wait for us. To recommend.
Review 4：Difficult to locate. Instructions hard to follow. Only one small couch, shower door took some getting use to,no salt , pepper oil or balsamic vinegar like other apartments provided, bumpy dirt road with two gates to unlock to get to the apartment.

Review 8：Very basic kitchen equipment, not even bin bags except the ones already in the bins. Being the place so remote with nothing around, at least a bottle of water upon arrival would be appreciated. There is a complimentary bottle of wine though.

Review 10：The TV had a poor selection of channels which wasn't a big deal but would be good to have. The directions on the booking website from Pisa Airport were good until the last two miles then it went wrong and made a nighttime arrival pretty stressful. With a couple of changes in the listed directions this could be easily rectified.
Review 11：The finish of my apartment was superb, and the cleanliness was second to none. The pool area was well equipped with quality sun loungers etc. The grounds were also well cared for. Very quiet at night too and the free wifi was really handy.

Review 21：It was a bit difficult to find the location even with the help of GPS. Local restaurants are closed between 3 and 7 pm, so we drove around for quite a while before finding an open restaurant.
Review 22：Miss Silvia was very nice and helpful. She took her time to go over every detail and answer every question. She made us feel very welcome. The grounds are every bit we have expected from Tuscany. Would like to go back there and stay longer.
Review 23：We used this place as a base to explore Tuscany, visited in October. It is a really peaceful place, in a great location, away from the road, surrounded by vineyards and hills, as I would imagine typical Tuscany landscape (higher car would be ideal, need to get through a tiny, tiny stream getting there, the last 2 km of the road is unpaved). The compound is beautiful, , with plenty of green, plants, flowers, grass to walk on, etc., we loved that. The house is nicely designed, very comfortable and warm. We stayed in a house with 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms upstairs with bathrooms, are very comfortable, and private. The stuff is very kind and helpful, lovely people. We spend wonderful week there visiting bigger and smaller Tuscany towns.
