Review 1：Unfortunately, the hotel is situated close to a small industrial area, on the outskirts of Alba. If you do not like small factories and vehicle retailers nearby, this might not be the best place for you to go.
Review 2：Very friendly staff, beautiful old house, carefully renovated. Nice pool.
Review 3：We booked a deluxe room. There was no luxe at all. I wonder what the standard room might be. The bed was very bad. And the swimmingpool is open for public. As guest of the hotel who pays the full price there are no sunbeds available any more. Much much too expensive for the comfort. The only positive thing is te location nearby alba and other Nice places.
Review 4：no wifi in rooms, only internet with cables, so can't connect with phone, for wifi you have to go to common areas.
Review 5：The only hotel I could found in the area with 24h receptions; for other hotels, you have to worry when to arrive, staff was very friendly, room was good, modern bathrooms.

Review 8：Not really a negative but, location is not overlooking vineyards up in the hills, it is lower. But not a bad thing, just don't expect the vineyard view below.
Review 9：Very close to Alba city and near smaller villages with restaurants. Car needed. Room was cute and clean and new. Very silent sleep. Bathroom was very nice. Shower. Handicapped accessible location. Parking. Swimming pool which they are making a spa also in time.
Review 10：Relatively new hotel, previously Farm house which was re-build with good design taste. great location for people who wants to enjoy this beautiful wine country between Barolo, Barbaresco and other great Italian wineries. good location plenty of parking space, easy access.
Review 11：My wife and I experienced difficulty with the temperature adjustment on the shower. It became stuck in the very hot position and required multiple attempts to unstick it and adjust the temperature. The sink faucet was difficult to turn off.
