Review 1：There was a (huge) cockroach in the room. When we arrived, the hotel was completely closed and no one was there to let us in, even though we had made the appointment beforehand. We almost ended up going somewhere else before the owner showed up just in time, seeming not to have any idea that anyone was coming. We can`t say anything about the breakfast, because she cancelled it (and in fairness gave us a small discount for that).

Review 2：The place is well located and quite comfortable. The owner is very nice and makes you feel at home. I would book it again, in spite of the less-positive things mentioned. I think we caught them at a bad time.
