Review 1：My main complaint would be noise from connecting rooms. Also plumbing noises very loud from adjoining rooms as well as ours. External lighting on most of the night which is unnecessary.

Review 2：Staff were pleasant premises clean & tidy although a bit dated and in need of a freshen up Television, Air Conditioner plenty of towels etc

Review 3：Very friendly staff and very accommodating re our late arrival and then we ordered breakfast on the morning and they didn't hesitate to provide it quickly.

Review 4：Reasonably priced stop over enroute to Thredbo. An older style motel but clean and tidy. Had dinner in Cooma and hired ski gear so we could head straight to the slopes the next morning. Allow 1-1.5 hours to get to Thredbo, traffic was heavy in Jindabyne around 8am.

Review 5：I think the Carpet in the rooms need to be renewed. The light switch didn't work in one Room of the Family Room.

Review 8：Just because we request late check out and call recepsionist for confirmation around 12pm, the manager called us idiot and ask us to never come back there again. Disturb his sleep and we didn't use common sense he said. So rude!!

Review 22：Property is slowly renovating rooms. On arrival i was put into a room that was not renovated and the bed was terrible and the toilet leaked, I complained the next morning and the management put me into a recently renovated room that was much more comfortable.
