Review 2：We've been staying at hotel Itacha for years. Always great service and clean rooms. Happy to have been in a newly renovated room! Nice to have a driver on hand to take you to local places. Excellent breakfast.

Review 3：Most of the staff doesnt speak english, hotel needs serious maintenance, wifi wasnt stable, very poor breakfast(they are out of crousants at 9 while breakfast till 10), doesn't have fitness room.

Review 30：Taxi drivers......bit of a rip off. Hard to negotiate as no English and our Italian is minimal. Will come better prepared next time in order to speak more Italian. No fault of hotel.

Review 31：Room was spacious. Balcony with sea view. Staff were very patient with our poor use of Italian language. The chefs menu of the day was just fabulous and only €20 for first class Italian cuisine.

Review 32：Poor breakfast and the rude waiter. We were invited to sit to an'indicated' table and not to 'disturb' the arranged onesat the window... This is a habit of the waiters / restaurant as wenoticed same 'behaviour economic effort' next day, too. PoorEnglish of the personnel at the reception. Definitely not a 4* hotel !!

Review 34：My only criticism was on check out. I had changed my booking from 1 week to 3 days a while ago. You had sent me confirmation but the hotel had not changed the booking. Please be aware of their lack of organisation. The timing of our stay was out of season which meant the resort was very quiet.

Review 44：Itaca Hotel is well placed in Barletta -- a short walk to the centre (restaurants, bar, cathedral, castle)and to the beach (choice between paying lido and not very distinguished public beach). The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a pool if you don't fancy the sea. Good views of either sea or town from many rooms. The restaurant is quite good.

It was comfortable and spacious. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was great. There was nothing to complain and everything to praise. Very good value for the money.

Expensive to buy from roomservice (stayed 19 days, tea with biscuits cost 8 Euros).Had an old computer monitor with external tv module, reception was extremely poor, staff blamed change over from analog to digital, however friends (private dwellings) had no such problems. Not good enough for a four star hotel. Advertises that WIFI is available throughout hotel, yet only worked in the lobby, but was dropping in and out all the time. Overall, less than satisfied will not stay there again (not worth four stars).
