Review 1：Italian people were asked at breakfast if they wanted espresso or capuchino instead of machine coffee

Review 2：Next time I would ask for 1st floor (1 flight up ) which has a terrace with the room and Two Chairs.

Review 3：Hotel was clean, spacious and in great condition. What made all the difference was the staff and especially the ladies in the kitchen. The way out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome

Review 32：Actually, I can only mention bad coffee (mainly previously cooked in thermocane), which is not what you expect in Italy. Generally we felt a leak of hospitality and some personality of the hotel. We stayed previous time in Ambra hotel and it seem to us to be the better choise in Iseo

Review 49：The one negative and lasting experience I had was leaving the hotel at6am on Sunday the 26th of August with the man on the front desk. Hecould not take credit card payment despite As a direct result I had torun around Iseo to find a Bank machine to provide them cash. Needless tosay this almost took 40 minutes and we almost missed our flights. As adirect result I did not have time to refuel the rental car which cost mean additional 100 euro!!! This is itself was bad enough until I heardwhat he had said to my girlfriend as she waited for me to return withcash that morning. He asked very probing questions about the nature ofour relationship criticizing why were not married etc. This behavior wascompletely unacceptable. I will certainly not be back to this hotel. Ifshe had told me before I left in a rush the issue would have beenaddressed directly! Us trying 4 different cards.

Review 53：I was alone in my room for 2 nights, when I checked out the staff forcedme to pay for 2 persons, 2 nights or else they called the police. Soinstead for 140 euro I had to pay 216 euro. Very bad!

Review 54：A great hotel...... new and therefore of a good standard and very clean. Book a room with a lake view. Breakfast was fine and filling if not gourmet. A train track passes behind the hotel with a few local trains running. In our room we had no issues at all with noise.

Review 55：This is an excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly and it's in a great location, just a very short walk from the main attractions of Iseo. Views from the windows are fantastic. Breakfast is very impressive with a good broad range of food and drink to choose from; even gluten / wheat / dairy free diets are catered for, which is not always the case in some much larger hotels. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 56：The elder man in the reception at our arrival was not so nice. We hadordered a bigger rom on a high level and with possibility to sit outsideon the terrasse, but were given a room on 2 nd floor and a balcony whereonly one person could stand upright. This was a disappointment alsobecause we had ordered our room quite a long time on forehand and hewould not listen to our complain. All the other staff were nice, butthis insidence at our arrival was bad.

Review 57：Especially one of the ladies in the breakfastroom was vert nice andfriendly which is so important. The varity of the food was excellent,the best during our week in Italy. The swimmigpool would also be be niceon a hot day. About 500 meters to the lake.

Review 59：Our friends needed last-minute accommodation on 1 night. We phoned in advance to check availability / rates. The rate quoted over the phone was € 100 but they were charged € 188 as 1 of the couple didnt have his i.d. which was very disappointing and very expensive considering they only slept in the room for max 5 hours.

Review 60：Underground car-parking excellent for centrally based hotel - very accessible hotel from the centre of Iseo. Very quiet also considering there is a railway line right behind the hotel. The rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Having someone on reception all day/night was great and it was very secure. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful.

Review 61：The only disappointing aspect was the hotel didn't have a restaurant orbistro. At times during our stay the weather was bad so we were unableto walk to the main square where there are many places to eat. A memberof staff offered to arrange for a pizza to be delivered which we did ontwo occasions. Also description says the hotel has a bar but it actuallymeans you can order beverages from reception. Also mentioned is a sunterrace which is at the top of the hotel but this can only be used ifstaying in one of the rooms leading onto it.

Review 62：Very friendly helpful staff. All areas were kept spotlessly clean. Thebuffet breakfast offered a wide choice of food which I'm sure would suitalmost anyone. The single room I stayed in overlooked the railway lineand can be noisy at times although the trains didn't appear to runthrough the night so not a problem sleeping. The bedroom & bathroom wereboth large. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the lakeside andthen an approx. 5 - 10 minute stroll to the main square. I would highlyrecommend this hotel as good value for money.

Review 66：The Hotel is really great! We loved it. We liked the little distance tothe centre of iseo, to the busstation and the trainstation. The most weliked the atmosphere! The whole staff was so friendly and nice. Thebreakfast was great! You really found every thing: joghurt, salumi,cheese, fresh friut, local specialities and the best of all: thehomemade cakes prepared ba Andrea. Thanks a lot for this delicioussurprise every day.
