Review 1：It would have been lovely to have a more casual approach to dinner for the children. We would have been happy to order a few things from the menu if it had been possible and then organise our own meal on the outside tables near our rooms. I HATED having to pay extra for espresso coffees at breakfast and the fact that the internet did not work on that part of the property.
Review 2：The fridge, showers and toilet by the pool were an excellent idea. Being a long way out of town, we were able to buy drinks and snacks for the children and keep them chilled.
Review 3：Even though the chef presents carefully prepared dishes I found that the organised dinners are a bit overpriced. A la carte is best.

Review 7：Just be aware that the accommodations are fairly basic -- it's not a luxury resort. It's a great value for the money, though. And they need some time to schedule tastings, cooking classes, etc. So set that up ahead of time if your visit will be short.
Review 8：Beautiful surroundings with rolling hills and vineyards. Very peaceful. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had two spacious rooms in the converted chapel with our own sitting room. Close access to Florence and smaller towns (i.e. San Gimignano).

Review 15：Beautiful nature, very frendly staff and all people in the hotel. Comfortable rooms, very nice food. Actually it is also winemade and oil ferma and there we can find very tasty wine and olive oil. If you like meet, there you can eat the best steak the world from the florential beef.
