Review 1：Track from road was somewhat rough! Torre is in the middle of nowhere so although they do provide dinner (good food too), if you want to eat out elsewhere at night, it is a little bit of an adventure getting back; thank goodness for SatNav!

Review 2：Beautifully quiet and peaceful, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast on the terrace, good pool, large airy room with simple cooking facilities. Good base for exploring area.

Review 3：Room was very dark, not very comfortable and very noisy from reception area. Breakfast selection very poor. Was told one day we could not use the lounge as there was a meeting in progress - we are pretty sure by outside visitors. We think it unacceptable that hotel guests cannot use the lounge because it is in use by non-hotel guests!! Additionally, address says Ispica but in fact it is halfway between Ispica and Pozzallo so we wasted nearly 45 minutes in Ispica looking for it. Trial and error finally found it!!

Review 18：This beautifully refurbished old military tower has been made into a luxury hotel. Rooms are more like suites with small kitchens, sitting rooms and generous bathrooms. Breakfast each morning offered a fantastic range of home-made delicacies and organic fruit from the farm. Evening meals were of Michelin standard, served by delightfully friendly staff. Take home some of their olive oil! A charming, relaxed and warm place to stay.

Review 19：The wifi access needs changing ! Be prepared to enter your username and password constantly, every single time you want to do anything online. The pool area was clean, my only gripe was the water was cloudy and I suspect something wasn't quite right although it didn't stop us swimming all week.

Review 20：We had a lovely stay at the hotel, we were there for 7 days. The hotel is set in a vineyard and has around 8 rooms, ours was spacious and clean. You will definitely need a car as there is nothing close by but this is all part of the charm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants and making bookings for us. Breakfast and lunch were fantastic. The hotel and grounds are all beautifully well kept. I would definitely recommend the hotel, It surpassed our expectations and we had a great time.

Review 22：We spent two weeks traveling around Sicily this summer and the Torre Marabino was definitely our favourite in Sicily. It just had the perfect combination of everything - outdoor eating for breakfast and in the evening, quality of food, pleasant room, peace and relaxation, pool, proximity to glorious beaches and lovely Baroque towns. Simona even emailed us in advance to welcome us and offer us directions - perfect customer service!

Review 23：As is so often the case, the lighting was not very good for reading at night.

Review 24：We found the staff on reception very friendly and helpful, as was our waiter, who was also very knowledgeable about the wines. Breakfast was prepared by the waitress and was very good, and the food at dinner (choice of two for each of the three courses) was also excellent. Our only complaint was that there was too much food, so we missed a course for the last two nights! Our room was spacious and comfortable, and had views over the countryside and to the sea. We liked the little kitchen corner in the room, which enabled us to make ourselves coffee when we wanted it, and to prepare a sandwich for lunch on a couple of occasions. We would definitely recommend this Agriturismo.

Review 29：We stayed in mid March for a few nights and would have stayed longer but our plans did not permit. The hotel is beautifully restored and is in a peaceful agricultural setting. The staff on the rection desk are outstanding and made excellent suggestions on short day trips in the area,Modica and Noto and the beautiful seaside towns. The breakfast was the perfect start to the day with wonderful baked selections,fresh fruit ,cheese and locally made preserves,the coffee was excellent.Each night we ate in the restaurant and the meals were prepared with locally grown produce and there was a nice selection to choose from each night.The wine selection is very good and staff are happy to explain the locally produced products.The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and the living room downstairs is a wonderful setting for a before or after dinner drink. The staff are more than willing to assist. This property has a restful atmosphere with a country elegance.

Review 34：None of the televisions worked and no effort was made to put the problem right. It would gave been nice to have a mirror and chest of drawers in our room and parasols available to borrow to take to the beach (could advertise the hotel on them).

Review 35：The staff were all charming and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing. Bread, croissants and cakes were baked every morning. Dinners were delicious - very generous helpings: too generous for us! The grounds were immaculately kept. There are many beautiful Baroque towns nearby and we loved the beach at the nature reserve, Vendicari.

Review 36：Only downside (with no disrespect to fellow guests) is that it is a bit removed from the true Sicilian experience. While we were there all other guests were non-Italian so the "lingua franca" was English. Also it would have been better if more diners had been present at evening meals to create a better atmosphere.

Review 38：This hotel will never rise above its location. It is a very wellconverted old farmhouse but is surrounded by greenhouses and farm shedsand is close to a very busy and noisy main road. Lots of dogs bark farinto the night.

Everything from the immaculately keptgrounds to the friendly, welcoming staff, from the thoughtfully preparedfood at breakfast and dinner, using ingredients grown on the farm to thewell-stocked toiletries in the bathroom was perfect. The attention todetail leads to a relaxing ambiance in the hotel and the guest is madeaware of the pride that all the staff feel in the service they give. Wecouldn't have enjoyed our stay here more and definitely hope to returnon another visit to Sicily. A special thanks to Simmona for all the timeand trouble she took in sorting out our car hire problem for us.
