Review 1：Toilet blocket, toilet paper came up from the sewage into the shower!!! Could not open the bathroom window since dirty linen and litter were stored in front of it. Oven did not work.

Review 7：The place appears much more attractive in the photos than in reality! The surroundings look quite industrial, outside the town. WiFi is only available around the pool, and even there it is quite slow, often not working at all. One bed in the 4+2 apartment is actually a sofa in the kitchen.

Review 16：The staff at the property were not available for the most of the time we were there. It was a quiet place to stay, but almost felt eerie with nobody else around and no staff to ask questions to. We had to search somebody down on the last day for 15 minutes to figure out how to leave our keys, yet still get out of front gate and other checking out details. Wifi was not consistent which made our travel planning difficult. The location of this property was disappointing to us as Marina di Cecina seemed to be pretty much closed down still in late May when we visited. This could have changed as the high season started in June. Easy to get to Pisa and Lucca. We weren't fans of the "beaches" in this area as there was not much for our small children to enjoy on them. Apartment would have been nice to have an oven to cook more extensive meals on. The kitchen was only minimally equipped which made making meals difficult.
Review 17：The pool was wonderful. Large and well kept, though in May when we visited still quite cold. The children's area of the pool was quite nice for the safety of our young children. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and visiting the properties many rabbits, though the grass was ant infested. The apartment was of good size, and very clean upon arrival. It was nice to have the terrace right outside of our door to have the children play on and enjoy the evenings on.
