Review 1：We were warmly greeted at this beautiful hotel. They offered us an upgrade to a lake view room which was totally worth it. Beautiful. The restaurant served the most delious food we had on our trip. I hope to go back here again.

Review 2：On our 2nd night the dinner was appalling which was so unlike the 1st night which was excellent we discovered there was a different chief and he over flavoured the jus to make everything taste like OXO and if it had been the previous night we would NOT have eaten in the hotel

Review 7：Hate to be at all negative,but if I had to look for something ,it would be that they might benefit from an update on the swimming pool.

Review 8：The staff are so welcoming,it it was our second stay and we were greeted with such warmth. We have our favourite room,with an amazing terrace. We found the service and food in the restaurant impressive. It is like a peaceful,luxurious retreat. Can't wait for our third stay!

Review 9：The only thing that could be better: naturally, almost all the guestscome to the breakfast 15min before it closes, around 9:45. Then, thewaitresses get overloaded and they take a bit long to serve you. This isnot a problem at all, but if you want to avoid that, just have breakfastat 9 and certainly you will avoid that.

Review 10：We liked simply everything. We are two Brazilians living in Switzerland,with great experience in travelling around Europe. I can tell you that,if you're searching a cozy place, with comfort, with a amazing viewto the lake, and close to the nature, don't think twice.... Justbook a room now.The staff is VERY friendly, and helped us with everything. Where we stayed, the room with view to the park, is pretty big, with a large bathroom, as well as a nice balcony. Internet is very decent, not so fast, but I could make Skype calls without any problem. For our taste, the breakfast is good, and you can order the eggs menu for omelet, boiled eggs, etc.

Review 14：The location is simply STUNNING. The staff is remarkably friendly. Gives almost a family feel. The kitchen is great, and if you like Italian wines, the wine list is of an unprecedented quality at very reasonable prices.

Review 15：We found a great location with very helpful and friendly stuff. Every room is unique and great to see - as well as the view to the lake. Unfortunately we were there at the end of the winter break and renovation phase. So we were not able to try the Restaurant. But we'll come back!

A beautiful spot- on one side the parkland with boules & tennis, on the other the amazing lake view. Great restaurant with the friendliest waiters in the world. Very lucky :-)

Review 18：The hotel has wonderful views but is high up in the mountains overlooking the lake - its a 20min drive to the lakeshore. The restaurant was very good - cozy ambience and a terrific menu and wine list.

Review 19：No lake views except at breakfast when weddings on- which seems to be frequently- one each day we were there. Would be nice having a sitting area for hotel guests overlooking the lake even when most of the terrace is for guests - if part of the hedging by the pool was a removable wIndbreak we could have at least had some daytime view of the lake.

Review 20：The beautiful location, we had a garden view room which had a balcony overlooking lovely grounds - lake view rooms are amazing. Breakfast overlooking the lake. Dinner was superb in restaurant overlooking garden. Most relaxing part of our holiday, the ambience was just fantastic.

Review 21：Gorgeous views of the lakes and mountains. Many isolated spots to hide away and sit and look, relax, read,etc. Clean, staff was friendly, attentive and hard working. It seems the staff work around the clock! The food was good, but we loved a local restaurant around the corner much more.

Daniella at the front desk was so helpful,as were all the staff(but We didn't learn all their names). We felt so special. Our room had the most wonderful terrace with a view that was breathtaking. The price of the room was very fair compared to other hotels of this calibre.Food was delicious and service from Constantine superb. The general manager,Vincent, was keen to create a relaxed ,serene atmosphere. A retreat from the rat race!

Review 24：It is a 5 km drive up a very winding road from Iseo. We didn't find much to do in Iseo and it was oversold by the tourist guides although on a sunny day the scenery is beautiful.

Review 49：We ordered a room with a view to the lake. The view from the room was amazing!!! Also, the room is beautifully designed, antique furniture and a king size comfy bed. We recommend eating dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The dinner was magnificent and very romantic, everything we ordered had a special taste and was prepared by a talented chef. This hotel is definitely the best hotel I stayed in in my life!

Review 50：The very helpful reception staff. On arrival we were offered a welcome drink and help with our luggage. There was a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room also a fresh fruit bowl which was replenished each day. The view from our balcony was superb. The quality of the food was excellent and we ate in the restaurant for the 3 nights of our stay. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices and overlooking the lake.

Review 53：Due to a marriage it was pretty noisy. The firework in the middle of the night was more than stupid - but the hotel director reacted immediately and very professional.

Review 55：The rooms and the hotel themselves seem to be more imitating old hotel than a historical place, it doesn't bring much comfort. Pool is situated in the garden, it wasn't clean and all loungers were placed too close to each other, so we had no wish to rest there. Try to get the cheapest room as more expensive ones are not really worth the money.

Review 56：The hotel is situated 500mtrs above the iseo lake, and there's an amazing view over the lake and hills! The hotel has a big territory with a garden and restaurants which seems very romantic and beautiful. There are several nice cats that live there. Big free parking, very nice staff! Breakfast was extra 10euro which we decided not to pay for and after check out we got free of charge coffe and a piece of cake. Not sure I will visit the hotel once again but I totally recommend it for the scinery.

Review 57：Problem with missing cleaning our room due to another arrival was sad, though more than compensated for, + we had poorer service in 5+ star joint in Milan. Loudish Parties in their events rooms + early morning musac (dealt with immediately on complaint). Being picky I know, but we like the best to be so and you can't improve without feedback.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening - highly recommended and not expensive for the quality food and wines. Perfect venue and location for a wedding or as a base for travelling Lombardy. Review 64：The shower: the bottom of the tub was so small my foot barely fit and the shower had no curtain but a moveable pane of glass that only covered about a third of the tub so the floor got wet every time we took a shower.

Fabulous friendly staff at the reception, happily dividing any information about the hotel and surrounding area. Wonderful breakfast on the beautiful terrace with a view. Pool and whirlpool - an additional plus of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel offers an excellent cooking, but the service is too slow.

Review 68：Whilst staying at Hotel we had to return home for two nights to attend afamily funeral. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of theirway to help us with arrangements/taxi transfers etc. Cannot praise themenough - Thank You Relais l Due Roccoli!Also booking.com staff extremely helpful changing our booking dates, not only with this hotel but another one as well.

Review 69：Our stay included a weekend, so Friday Saturday and Sunday night the hotel had weddings which were noisy and disturbed our sleep. The hotel is 5km up a very winding road which attracts a lot of cyclists and motor bikes which again at the weekends is noisy.

Also loved the free bottle of bubbly on arrival (which had been returned to our room chilled on the first night after I collected my friend from the aiport, together with a plate of fruit and local cheese), and the huge platter of fruit left in our room on Sunday night. View is beautiful and the hotel is nice and close to Iseo.

Perhaps the only comment I would like to make is there was really nowhere comfortable for hotel residents to sit especially when weddings were on.
