Review 1：Beware: with air-condition the hotel means a ceiling-fan (as stated on their website); it can get quite warm. Maybe bring ear-plugs if you are very noise sensitive; the hotel faces onto a small road that can get quite busy in the morning.
Review 2：Very nice location, just a short walk from the Marina. During breakfast one could get cheese, ham, salami or espresso (upon request), in addition to the usual spread. Very clean and tidy. We were shown three rooms to chose from; that was really nice. Friendly and pleasant staff. Space to dry your swimming gear outside. Free parking opposite and in round the corner. Would stay there again.
